Hi Heribert, it was a pleasure to receive you. Hoping to see you soon. Best Regards

Thank tou very much, hope to see you soon in order to appreciate and visiting the country. Best Regards

I am very surprised by your reaction, especially since you are the first person to date to give me this kind of response. When you arrived you asked me if there was a swimming pool, but you did not bother to look at the description of the house, you would have noticed that the house does not have one, but there are plenty not far away, less than 5 minutes away. In addition, you say that you had not seen the cleaning lady, and this is normal, we do not provide tenants with a cleaning lady all week. She comes to clean the house after the departure of all the tenants as mentioned. I also point out to you that even if you did not use the kitchen, you did use the shower because I found it full of hair and the minimum is to clean even if the cleaning is done after your departure in the interest of cleanliness for the next tenants.I also found the three trash cans full of dirty shoes, pizza boxes, etc. We agree on one point: I think you made a mistake when booking; you misunderstood the description. The house dates from the 1960s, so it's not very old (for France). It doesn't have a pool, and it doesn't provide a housekeeper for the week during the rental period. The housekeeper cleans after each tenant's departure. I'm sorry to see you've changed your mind, because during our last visit, you were delighted with your stay and your vacation. I'm sure you'll find much better accommodations next time. Best regards,

A Bientôt

Thank's for your remark. We'll take care of your remark regarding the air conditionning. The most important is your vacations. Hope to see you again.
