Idealmente situado a orillas del mar en el exclusivo barrio residencial tranquila de Mont Boron, cerca del puerto y del casco antiguo. 5 minutos de tiendas, playas, centro de la ciudad, a 10 minutos de Villefranche y 30 minutos de Mónaco con 2 paradas de autobús en frente del edificio por 1 €.

Apartamento de lujo, vistas panorámicas al mar, planta alta sin frente, muy luminoso terraza grande y circular de 150 m2 con sol todo el día. Acceso directo por ascensor con una clave segura. Configuración Popular para dos parejas o una pareja con 2 niños.

Toda comodidad: acceso a internet a través de wifi, TV color, lavadora, lavavajillas, microondas, horno, cocina de inducción, persianas eléctricas en todas las habitaciones. The star of this place is the view. The balcony has a 360 degree view of Nice and the surrounding area. Florence is very kind and when we had an issue, she resolved it immediately. The air conditioning is top notch, the beds are comfortable, and Florence recommended the delivery service from the local Carrefour so we had our groceries. The apartment itself is basic but had everything we needed for a wonderful relaxing stay.

The vacation apartment is perfect for exploring the Côte d'Azur. With the nearby bus stop, we were well connected and really didn't need a rental car. Florence is a very nice host and welcomed us warmly and helpfully. The stunning view from the surrounding terrace is even more beautiful than in the photos. During our week in Nice, we missed nothing and had a great holiday in Florence's apartment. We would love to return!

Amazing Stay in Nice

Our stay in Nice was truly marvellous! The apartment was in a nice residential area and so well located to go everywhere - Nice and surrounding towns. We wanted for nothing in the apartment - everything was provided. The view really made our holiday special as we ate our meals most of the evenings there - no need to go anywhere else — we would definitely come back!

Great Spot in Nice

My husband and I stayed at this apartment for 3 months. It was in a nice area close to 3 different bus stops and about a 5 minute scenic walk to the grocery store. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The view is amazing and probably can't be beat. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Nice.

Wonderful Place

The location is amazing, the view is absolutely gorgeous. The bus stop is right down the street, which makes commute super easy, the grocery store is a walking distance away. There is a very nice hike from the house with a beautiful view. The best part was having coffee in the morning with the view and wine at night with the same view different setup. The property manager was outstanding with welcoming, giving information and answering every question we had. When we go again we will definitely try to get this place again!

It's the VIEWS!

We chose this apartment mostly for the wrap-around terrace with such amazing views of the Port de Nice, Nice Ville, the Baie des Ange's, and the Cap de Nice. It's also right on the bus route to the Port for the tram to the Centre Ville, and for the bus to St. Jean Cap Ferrat where we like to walk. Florence (and her husband) were good hosts, there if needed but not obtrusive. We had a great time!

Stunning views from a wonderful penthouse

Florence is s wonderful hostess. The apartment is warm and cozy with spectacular views from every room. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms had lots of storage space. There is a wrap around deck with access from almost every room. Great views of Nice, the Baie des Anges, and the Port. Easy access to the city with a grocery nearby. There are quiet beaches nearby with great swimming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on returning.

Parfait, juste parfait

The penthouse apartment has superb views of the port of Old Nice, is connected by bus 15 & 30 or a short walk. Amenities are all you should need for a fortnight's stay. Beds are comfortable, aircon available and many places to sit both inside the apartment and outside for lunch and dinner. During our stay we were blessed with very good weather and no neighbours, so it was blissfully peaceful. Florence is a superb host, meeting us to show us the apartment and explain the use of coffee machine, lift, cooker etc. I cannot recommend the apartment highly enough.

We had a fabulous vacation at this lovely apartment!It had everything we needed and more, for our 2 week very comfortable stay. It came with a garage, clothes washer, dish washer, espresso machine, tv, wifi, black out automatic window blinds, and an elevator that opens directly into the apartment! But the best part, by far was the fabulous view from the almost 360 degrees of the spacious balcony! There are 4 sets of tables and chairs, along with lounge chairs, so you can enjoy your coffee or drinks or meals from various spots to follow the sun, including 1 table enclosed in glass, should it be chilly. It was a great way to begin and end our days. In the morning, there were regular sailing lessons, with numerous sail boats to watch, and a large array of ships coming and going in the harbor. And the airport planes were landing and taking off, constantly. At night, with the lights, it was gorgeous! It was interesting to see how the street lights on the Promenade des Anglais go on in sections. It was a quiet, peaceful way to end each day, just watching Nice at night!Florence was a delightful host, who answered my many email questions before we arrived, to make our stay more comfortable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in this area.

FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!

My wife and I (Americans) stayed a month in this fantasy land. The entire top floor surrounding the living area is a lovely and spacious balcony; the views can only be described as spectacular. The elevator stops inside the apartment and it is 100% safe and quiet. It is just a short walk to both old nice and villafranche. The house itself is spacious, with washer and television. We give this place five stars; and, don't let me forget, Florence and her wonderful father are lovely people; and, if we had a concern, they quickly fixed any small malfunction. We want to stay here again: it was wonderful!!!!!!!

A wonderful week with fabulous views!

We had a lovely stay in this amazing apartment during 8 nights. Florence welcomed us on site and gave us a great introduction to all the facilities.The good: The terrace is the absolute gem of this apartment, of course! The 180 views during morning coffees and sunsets are incredible! Comfortable beds, generally well equipped. A/C worked perfectly during the heat wave and there is a general A/C plus one in each bedroom. Having an elevator into the apartment is convenient after shopping. It’s very convenient to have dish washer, washing machine, microwave, iron etc! And house keeping included after the stay is also nice :)Can be improved: Some of the listed equipment was not available, like for example the BBQ. Also, some minor details need maintenance like the water connection for the outdoor shower. The oven also needs replacement. This could be expected given the price point.Keep in mind: The location is on a hill in a quiet more residential part of town. Walking to the central parts is probably a bit too far for most, but you can always catch a bus at the bus stop just 100m away.The indoor parking space in the garage is very tight - it is hard to fit a larger car into it (we drive a Tesla Model S which just barely fit into it).Little tip: Take the 15 min morning walk to La Pointure Des Pêcherubs to pick up your baguette, croissant and pain au chocolat - absolutely amazing quality!

Der Preis der Unterkunft ist gerechtfertigt.Die Dachterrasse bietet tagsüber sowie abends einen traumhaften Blick und ist toll mit Möbeln ausgestattet. Der Wintergarten ist super bei Wind und Wetter.Es gibt eine Garage, die beim Einparken das Fahrerkönnen prüft, aber hey, es geht mit einem SUV.Im Club Nautique de Nice sind die Trüffel Rigatoni ein Muss und der Club ist super gastfreundlich zu Gastsportlern und lässt (erfahrene) Ruderer gern beim Coastal Rowing teilhaben.In der Nähe gibt es einen Badezugang zwischen den Felsen und einen Küstenweg bei dem sich bei Pizza und Wein der Sonnenuntergang genießen läßt. In 45min ist man mit dem Bus, der quasi vor der Tür hält, in Monaco :-).Florence war ein toller Host / Verwalterin.

Appartement très agréable et parfaitement situé. Le point fort de l'appart c'est ça terrasse et la vue remarquable sur la baie de Nice. L'arrêt de bus a proximité est parfait pour se déplacer facilement. L'accueil très sympa de Florence en début de séjour est très appréciable pour avoir les infos de sorties sur Nice et dans la région.Bref on a passé de superbes vacances.

Fantastic View and Location

Die Penthouse Wohnung liegt super. Man kann in 20 Minuten zu Fuß an den Hafen von Nizza und schnell dahinter in die Altstadt und die Innenstadt gelangen. Wer nicht laufen möchte hat eine Bushaltestelle 2 Minuten zu Fuß in Nähe. Florence ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.Sie hat uns sehr viele wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Der Wanderweg nach Villefranche an der Küste entlang und weiter zum Cap Ferrat war traumhaft schön. Manche Gegenstände in der Wohnung waren etwas in die Jahre gekommen .Es hat aber alles funktioniert. Die Terrasse ist der absolute Traum! Alles in allem war es ein perfekter Urlaub. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.Danke

Traumhaft schönes Penthouse

Es ist ein atemberaubender Rundumblick, noch spektakulärer als es die Fotos erahnen lassen, der dazu beigetragen hat, dass wir die meiste Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes auf der Trasse verbracht haben! Das Haus selbst ist schon etwas betagt und nur mäßig in Schuss gehalten, aber die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit moderner Küche versehen. Alles was man braucht ist da, es ist alles sehr praktisch durchdacht Ein schönes Detail hat uns besonders gefallen: Es gibt einen an drei Seiten verglasten Teil der Dachterrasse, der an die Küche grenzt, so dass wir an den (wenigen) Regentagen dort frühstücken und die Aussicht genießen konnten. Florence ist eine außerordentlich hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die durchgängig stets für uns erreichbar war. Zu loben sind außerdem die komfortablen Liegestühle und die Qualität des Bettes im Hauptschlafzimmer mit ziemlich neuer Matratze. Wir haben dort wirklich erholsam geschlafen. Die Klimatisation ist ebenfalls sehr modern und funktioniert im Bedarfsfall (Wärme/ Kälte) ausgezeichnet. Die Lage des Hauses war für uns auch sehr praktisch: Wir konnten direkt vom Appartement schöne Spaziergänge durch das umgebende ruhige Villenviertel und auf den Mont Boron unternehmen. Zum alten Hafen ist es auch ein kurzer Spaziergang. Für den täglichen Bedarf gibt es einen großen Carrefour-Market in der Nähe, der auch einfach zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Fazit: Eine der schönsten und angenehmsten Ferienwohnungen, die wir kennen, gerne wieder!
