Helt ny! Du kommer aldrig vilja lämna denna underbara nyrenoverade studio som ligger högt uppe på en levande ek täckt bluff med utsikt över Mobile Bay. Upplev fantastiska solnedgångar på din privata däck. Bekvämt beläget på den östra stranden av Mobile Bay, 1/2 mil söder om I-10, är dessa pärlor det perfekta läget för en pendling till Mobile, Pensacola eller någonstans i området Baldwin County. Daphne är systerstad till Fairhope, AL (6 miles) --- konsekvent rankad bland de främsta små städerna i Amerika och senast namngiven av Coastal Living som 5: e lyckligaste kuststaden i Amerika !! Ungefär en timmes bilfärd till Gulf Shores, packar denna studio många bekvämligheter i ett litet utrymme. Perfekt alternativ till cookie-cutter hotellrum, jag har varit värd många lyckliga semesterfirare, yrkesverksamma och arbetstagare på tillfälliga uppdrag, studenter och nya invånare på hus-jakt expeditioner. Jag älskar också att vara värd snöfåglar att flyga långa vintrar upp norrut. Daphne area

Very clean, well organized. Good location to branch out to the tourist areas we were interested in. Also close to great eating choices, grocery, and any shopping needs. Host was very responsive up front and the place was very well prepared.

Awesome host, beautiful views, peaceful stay!

Felicia's property was exactly as advertised. It was impeccably clean and delightfully charming. We stayed at her property for a month and everything was great. She gave us our privacy while also being very accessible and prompt in replying to questions. The property itself has beautiful views of Mobile Bay with spectacular sunsets. Truly a gem!

A Week in Daphne

Unit was very clean, functional; and quiet. Kitchen and bath was very modern. Great water pressure Bed was very comfortable. Drop down desk in front of TV was good for computer work or processing photos. Washer and dryer was steps away. No complaints except that it was a second floor unit however I did know that when making reservations. I would stay again but down stairs.

Spacious apartment

Everything was perfect. Beautifully furnished with full kitchen and bath. Wonderful view and definitely worth it. All the little touches added to a comfortable stay.

Relaxation is here

We were looking for a place to get away for a few nights near Mobile and I found this apartment. The apartment was small but prefect for one or two people. The appliances were new and the apartment has been recently given a facelift. There are excellent restaurants within a few miles and it is very close to the Mobile downtown area. We absolutely fell in love with the rental and the entire area, Can't wait to get back for another stay when we need solitude and peace and quiet. I did not have to opportunity to meet our hostess but when we had questions she answered almost immediately. If there were anything I could say that is not a rave about this place is the TV could be a little larger. My old eyes have a bit of difficulty from across the room. That is but a gnat bite compared to the overall feel of having a place that feels like a second home.

Great Getaway Spot

Felicia's place is in great condition, beautifully decorated, complete with everything you could possibly need, and spotlessly clean. In spite of it being located in a very large apartment/condo complex, it was quiet and the view from the balcony was so peaceful. I really only have one caution. I know everyone has their personal preference as far as mattresses go, but if you have old bones like me that require a bit of softness in order to sleep, this mattress will not meet your need. Just a heads up... But if a firm mattress is your preference, this cozy space should serve you perfectly!

Beautiful View, Great Host

Our stay was fantastic! The room was very charming and welcoming. The view of the bay from the balcony was impressive and the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee. Felicia was quick to respond to any questions we had and very accommodating. We look forward to booking with Felicia again!

I love Baldwin County and the Eastern Shore. I have lived in this area all my life. My hobby and obsession is interior design. Nutrition and fitness are also lifelong passions. I have been a fitness instructor and personal trainer for over 25 years. My first career was as a Certified Public Accountant, but I retired from that years ago to be with my kids. I homeschooled all 5 of my children. Now all but the youngest are grown and married. I have 4 grandchildren and I love being involved in their lives as much as possible.

This is a great property. I own four studios in this unique bay-front complex. Taking care of my little units is almost an obsession--I do all the cleaning and take great pride in keeping the rentals in like-new condition for every guest! I only live 2 miles down the street and can quickly assist you in any way during your stay.
