The view is breathtaking from our newer beachfront condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico from the twelfth floor.

Master bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen. Fully equipped kitchen. Extra large balcony! Inflatable mattress to sleep 2 more.

Great beach and location! Many restaurants and amusements nearby, or just relax on the beach and watch the dolphins swim by. Take a walk on the beach in the beautiful sugar white sand.

Indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub.

Not included, $35 parking pass you by from security upon arrival.

Holiday weeks have premium pricing, regular and peak weeks are 7 nights minimum saturday to saturday.. Last minute discounts, inquire for price.

We had an awesome stay at Island Royale! The condo was well kept, clean and stocked with everything needed! The view is amazing, and the location is ideal, close to everything in Gulf Shores! Checking in was a breeze, as well as the exit! We will use this location and P503 again in the future!

Great location!

The location was great. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. Right on the beach. The furnishings and amenities were nice. Beds were comfortable. My only suggestion is to upgrade the shower heads and bath fixtures. The water comes out so forcefully I tied a towel around it to dissipate the pressure. Otherwise it is a good place to stay.

Gulf Shores Alabama with beautiful water view !!

This property is overlooking the beach in Gulf Shores Alabama. It is well appointed and has a covered deck that overlooks the beautiful Gulf Shore. Very comfortable we stayed for 3 weeks. There is also a washer and dryer. Owner is easy to work with and answers questions quickly. Gulf Shores is an interesting place to visit !!
