Important Property Notes

• Parking:
Parking is limited to 2 vehicles at the cabin.

• Gated Community Rules:
This cabin is located within a private residential gated community.
Unruly behavior, parties, fireworks, firearms, or violations of HOA rules are not permitted.
Guests who violate community rules may be asked to leave immediately without refund.

• Tax Notice:
Due to pending legislation, the tax rate may change.

• Mid-Stay Cleaning:
For stays longer than 14 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled during your stay and charged at the same rate as the standard cleaning fee. Additional charges may apply if excessive cleaning or damage occurs.

• Rental Agreement:
Guests must sign a Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking and prior to check-in.
