Newly built facility located in C / Middle Tower, 2 km from the seaside village of PUNTA DRIED, announced by the famous writer A. Camilleri with its highly successful television series "COMMISSIONER Montalbano".
STRUCTURE OF THE HOUSE
The house of 55 square meters, has two verandas overlooking the sea, n. 1 double bedroom, n. 1 bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom and living room - kitchen. The attic is located on the 1st floor with a separate entrance via an external staircase, it is very light and airy by the sea breeze. The sea is about 50 meters' walk. The afternoon life, during the summer, is enlivened thanks to the presence of the "PIPER", a famous chalet on the beach. The outdoor space consists of a terrace overlooking the sea and a large covered veranda roof, always with sea view. The structure is covered by Wi-Fi signal available throughout the house; in addition to 'furniture, the house has: alarm system, washing machine, fridge - freezer, electric oven, microwave, toaster, hair dryer, barbecue, air conditioning, beach accessories etc. NOT deposit. Located in a very quiet area, the 'access to' home is via private road and has a private parking area below the house. It is 30 km from the airport of Comiso (RG).

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Alles in Ordnung. Die Ausstattung der Wohnungen lässt keine Wünsche offen. Nach einer Woche haben wir neue Handtücher und Bettwäsche bekommen. Der Blick von der Terrasse wunderschön. Tolle Sonnenuntergänge. Der sandstrand von torre di mezzo in 2 minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Dort kann man Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme mieten. Das meer flach abfallenden ideal für Kinder.

Der Aufenthalt war aufgrund der super ausgestatteten Wohnung, sowie der phantastischen Aussicht sehr schön. Etwas störend waren die unzähligen Überwachungskameras, sowie die tägliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Etwas zuviel.
