The Tuttle House es parte de la finca Halcyon, una propiedad que consta de 3. 5 acres con casi 900 'de costa privada. La casa 1664 SF fue construida en 2006 y cuenta con todas las comodidades de la vida contemporánea. Está completamente amueblado; solo necesitas traer ropa de cama. The Tuttle House tiene su propio muelle privado de 40 'por 8' para sus necesidades de natación, sol y amarre de botes. También en la propiedad hay playas de arena para jóvenes, mesas de picnic, una balsa de natación y una fogata. La casa está acondicionada para el invierno durante todo el año. This by far has not been the first time staying on this beautiful property! Our dogs love it there, “freedom “!The house was so clean. Easy check in. Excellent communication with the owners as always. Close to town but far away from the crowds. Easy parking as well. It’s a piece of heaven n we were surrounded by beauty at every turn! Downfall we had 3 days rain, some light, other days down pour n all day. But that’s the weather!!Thank you for having us as guests on your property!!

Dream stay at Lake George

I stayed with my husband 2 daughters and their partners we all Loved this house the location was Excellent the house was clean well maintained I have nothing bad to say everything was just perfect it was right on the lake beautiful views the owners were wonderful no complaints at all and we got to play with puppies which was a nice bonus we just Loved and enjoyed our stay very much

Beautiful grounds and location. We enjoyed starting our morning’s walking along the shores and wooded paths. Charming interior layout. Great hot shower with excellent water pressure. Surprised to find there was no air conditioning which we didn’t really need until the last day. You are sharing the grounds with two other houses, but we didn’t bump into anyone.

Stunning location!

What a comfortable and cozy house to stay in for the long weekend in the winter. The fireplace was cozy, we enjoyed cooking our meals in, and we loved exploring the grounds around the house. Such a pretty, quiet and peaceful spot! We would love to come back in the summer and explore the lake more!

Love LOVE Loved our stay!

Absolutely LOVED the house and the property! We stayed for the first weekend of Winter Carnival. It snowed quite a bit and turned the estate into a winter wonderland. I would definitely go back again! And again!

Gorgeous property on lake george

The property is simply amazing. The house was clean and spacious. For us, we wish there was a king sized bed and a more updated mattress. Very old and squeaky bed…. That being said, this is an amazing place to stay during the summer, especially if you have a boat. The grounds are amazing and pictures can’t do it justice.

Amazing Winter Carnival Stay

From the booking process, to the questions before checking in, to the experience of the whole stay, I couldn’t have been happier with our weekend. The owners were very responsive with my questions before coming. The house was exactly what was listed as also. My 6 year old daughter kept saying how much she loved the house and the view. We are already scoping out our next stay.

Beautiful location, beautiful house

We loved our stay at Tuttle House and look forward to a return visit in the future. The owners were very nice and helpful. If you are looking for one of the most beautiful views of Lake George, this is the place to go. We purposely booked before the busy season, looking for peace and quiet and Tuttle House delivered that in spades.

Beautiful lakeside home

This lakeside property in Lake George was in an ideal location. It was close to town, yet secluded and peaceful. We enjoyed taking the canoe out on the lake to see the beautiful fall colors, then returning to the house to play games in front of the warm fireplace with our family. The house was clean and comfortable. We would love to return soon.

The Halcyon estate is family owned and loved. The property was originally purchased in the mid 1800's . The main house was built in 1890 and is still used by the family seven generations later.

The location and lake views from the property are ideal. We are located on a peninsula with a South facing view of Lake George village (perfect viewing for Lake George village fireworks on Thursday nights in the summer); views East an North across the lake to the mountains with great sunrises and moon rises.

We are never too crowded, so there is always a place for you to sit in the sun by the lake or be off to a quiet place.
