Loft style villa located in the heart of the seaside resort of Wimereux.
Quietly set back from the road but only 400 meters from the sea. It is a modern construction carried out in an old stone building. Well equipped and decorated in a seaside style. Large terrace with garden furniture.

On the Opal Coast 2 hours from Paris, London or Brussels. To rent for holidays or weekends. Many activities nearby. Enclosed parking in front of the house.
Very bright, this house is used as an artist's studio outside the tourist season.

We loved the apartment and as other visitors have said the location was perfect, just next to the boulangerie !Four of us stayed for 10 days July/August 2025, we had everything we needed, appreciated the washer and dryer with two kids wanting to be at the beach every day and a couple of rainy evenings. We ate barbecue or walked a few steps to amazing restaurants. Dessert from the bakery!One point to note: the patio doors do not seem to lock, so if you are going out, it is worth closing the shutters for extra security. The courtyard has a locked gate so it is pretty secure but just in case.

Wir haben Bäderkultur genossen

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit im Herzen von Wimereux. Das Haus in der zweiten Reihe bot Platz genug für 4 Personen, hell, licht und ruhig. Alles was wir brauchten war fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein kostenfreier Parkplatz war direkt vor dem Haus. Die Anlage mit Zugang zu mehreren Häusern ist mit einem Tor gesichert und trennt das quirlige Leben von der Ruhe des Hauses.

Très bon séjour

Maison toute neuve bien équipée et idéalement située en plein centre de Wimereux, mais suffisamment en retrait pour que ce soit très calme. Venelle d'accès entre une boulangerie (pratique pour les viennoiseries le matin !) Et une pharmacie. Très bon séjour !

La Villa

We 4 adults and two children (2, 4) lived for week in this villa in Wimereux. There was 3 bedrooms (1 ground floor and 2 first floor), each with one small bed (two 1,20 and one 1,40 m). It seems so, that is not enough space for two adults to sleep. Furthermore there is only one toilet. Nice terrace, spacious living room, huge kitchen, a bit sticky.

les lits sont un peu trop petit-une bonne maison

Dans la cuisine il manque des assiettes creuses,la cafetière ne fonctionne pas bien. C'est une belle maison mais une toilette en plus sera mieux
