Quiet townhouse with shaded courtyard

The house is approximately 80 m2. It is 5 minutes walk from the center of Banyuls and 10 minutes walk from the beach. Our house is ideal for enjoying the sea, hiking in the vineyards and the mountains. You will spend a pleasant time with family or friends and can take advantage of the courtyard to take your meals, have a barbecue, ...
On the first floor, living room 25 m2, bedroom (one 140 cm bed), adjoining bathroom (shower, sink, wc), fitted kitchen (fridge, freezer, gas stove, combi oven, ...). In the living room, a sofa bed (one person).
On the ground floor: a large bedroom with bay window overlooking the courtyard, 4 beds in the bedroom (a 140 cm sofa bed, 1 double bed), a bathroom (bath-shower, wc, washbasin).
The courtyard of approximately 40 m2 is shaded. Garden table, chairs, barbecue.
Washing machine in the garage.
Bikes are available. Convenient for going to the beach or for walks in the vineyards. There are also beach mats.
Many activities taking into account the sea and the nearby mountain.
In the house, which is our holiday home, you will find hiking guides, activities in the surrounding area, ... board games, books. WIFI access.
Collioure and Spain are a stone's throw away.


Our house, 80 m2, is 5 min by foot from the center of Banyuls and 10 min by feet from the beach. This is ideal location to spend holidays and ben efit from both the sean and the mountains. Without forgetting wine (Banyuls is very well known wine, similar to Porto) and the beautiful landscape with vineyards ... You will spend a very nice week with your friends or family and benefit from the courtyard to have lunch or barbecue.
First floor: dining room (25 m2), bedroom (queensize bed), bathroom (shower, lavabo, wc), kitchen (fridge, freezer, gas cooker, mixt owen (heat and micro wave), ....)
Ground floor: A large bedroom in front of the courtyard (2 beds, 4 people), bathroom (bathtub with shower, lavabo, wc).
Shaded courtyard (40 m2) with table, chairs and barbecue. Very nice all along the year!

Numerous activities as there is both sea and mountains.
In the house, which is our house for holidays, you will find a lot of documents, guides describing the activities around, the treks, and so on.
