Prachtig verlof - Prachtig huis met een groot zwembad en vriendelijke eigenaars. Dus een reuze verlof gehad. En nu het negatieve: onze kamer op het gelijkvloers was prachtig behalve de badkamer-douche was niet te doen of gans de kamer stond onder water-er was een broebelbad maar dat werkte niet-er waren 2 wasbakken maar die kon je niet vol water laten lopen de sluitingen waren stuk. Het huis is voorzien voor 8 personen waarvan 3 slaapkamers boven en 1 beneden. Wij waren met 6 personen. Een familie dus met 2 kinderen. Geen probleem. Maar ben je met 4 koppels (vrienden) moeten er 6 personen boven slapen en er is maar 1 toilet boven.Al bij al als familie een prachtig verlof gehad. Voor herhaling vatbaar

Bonjour, Nous avons été sincèrement déçus et surpris de découvrir votre commentaire après votre séjour. Concernant la douche, lorsque vous nous avez signalé le problème, nous vous avons proposé d’intervenir immédiatement pour la déboucher, mais vous nous avez indiqué que cela ne vous dérangeait pas et qu’il n’était pas nécessaire d’intervenir. Nous sommes également très étonnés de lire que les lavabos étaient cassés, car ce n’était absolument pas le cas. Nous ne comprenons donc pas cette remarque et serions reconnaissants si vous pouviez nous préciser ce qui vous a conduit à l’écrire. Par ailleurs, vous évoquez un jacuzzi qui n’était pas en fonctionnement. Or, aucun jacuzzi n’est mentionné dans notre annonce ni dans les équipements proposés. Nous ne comprenons donc pas cette remarque. À l’inverse, plusieurs équipements mis gratuitement à votre disposition ne figurent pas non plus dans l’annonce, notamment un carport permettant de stationner deux véhicules à l’abri du soleil ainsi qu’un baby-foot design. Il s’agit d’attentions supplémentaires que nous proposons à nos locataires afin de rendre leur séjour encore plus agréable. Nous avons également fait notre maximum pour répondre à vos demandes. Les départs sont normalement prévus à partir de 8 h, mais, à titre exceptionnel, nous avons accepté d’organiser votre check-out à 7 h du matin afin de faciliter votre départ. Traumhaus mit kleinen "Fehlern"

Wir - 2 Familien mit insgesamt 4 Kindern - hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Traumhaus. Das Haus, die Ausstattung und vor allem der riesige Pool war ein Traum. Lediglich die Türen sollten mal geölt und auch die Klinken anders eingestellt werden. Es hat alles gequietscht und gekracht. Was bei nächtlicher Betätigung etwas nervig ist. Auch unser Bett war uns zu hart - ist aber natürlich eine Ansichtssache. Was allerdings zu bedenken ist, eines der Betten ist nur 1,40 Meter breit. Das war für unsere beiden Kinder, die bereits sehr groß sind, eigentlich viel zu klein. Das Zimmer, in dem sich dieses Bett befindet ist auch extrem klein. In diesem war dann auch noch die Dusche, die wir als Familie nutzten. War etwas "nervig" - aber machbar. Auch wäre es schön gewesen, wenn die beiden Badewannen eine Duschabtrennung hätten und die Handbrause eine Stange. So hätte man auch dieses zur täglichen Dusche nutzen können. Das ist aber alles "jammern auf hohem Niveau". Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder dabei, was aber in dieser Gegend überhaupt nicht nutzbar war. Es ist alles extrem hügelig. Ohne E-Bike hast du da keine Chance. Grundsätzlich ist die Gegend eine extrem ruhige, in die City von Saint Raphael braucht man mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten. War aber überhaupt nicht schlimm. Die Cote d'Azur ist ein Traum und all unsere Ziele waren relativ schnell erreichbar. Carole und ihr Mann sind sehr liebenswerte Menschen und es hat alles prima geklappt. Danke!

Excellent séjour, villa agréable et au calme

Une villa vraiment très agréable pour se retrouver en famille sans avoir l'impression de se marcher dessus! Vaste séjour très lumineux, au pied de la piscine à débordement. Le jardin est très agréable avec le terrain pour jouer aux boules et le petit cabanon idéal pour se reposer! Bref tout est parfait y compris l'accueil par les propriétaires! Nous recommandons vivement cette villa et espérons pouvoir renouveler notre séjour prochainement.

Spacieuse, confortable et calme

C'est notre deuxième séjour en famille dans cette magnifique villa. La maison est très spacieuse et propre avec tout le confort d'une maison moderne, vous vous y sentirez comme chez vous. Elle est également très bien située, à 5 minutes du centre ville dans un quartier calme. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le pool house avec son barbecue qui permet de manger à l'abris du soleil avec une vue directe sur la piscine. Nous avons aussi bien profité de la cabane avec son terrain de pétanque idéal pour les apéros! A Bientôt

Highly recommended !

Beautiful property, well maintained and perfect size for a family. The gardens are lovely and the outdoor areas are delightful. The villa was truly fabulous, the pool wonderful, the dining rooms indoors and outdoors were amazing. Great kitchen, all appliances worked well and everything was convenient. Owner is extremely nice to work with and very helpful before and during the stay. You can easily get to le Vieux Port, several beach bars and shopping center. Everything was perfect and we highly recommend this property. Thank you, you made our dream vacation on the Riviera come true! Marc.

Très belle maison dans un lotissement très tranquille nous y avons passé 15 jours en famille, venant de la region parisienne c'est l'endroit idéale pour se retrouver au calme. La cabane au fond du jardin était parfaite pour les partie de boule de fin d'après midi sous la pinède. nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la piscine à 28 degrés sans vis-a-vis. Merci pour l'accueil nous espérons pouvoir revenir très prochainement ;)

Un excellent choix de location

Nous avons passé début juillet des vacances très agréables. La villa est telle que la description faite sur le site, c'est à dire très conviviale, avec de beaux espaces , très fonctionnelle , très bien équipée, jardin et piscine parfaits. La maison est très bien située dans Saint-Raphaël, non loin des petits commerces et à 5 min des plages de Saint-Raphaël et Fréjus, dans un quartier résidentiel calme et sécurisé au beau milieu des pins. Amateur de golf, en quelques minutes j’étais sur le green! La “cabane” sous les pins était idéal pour prendre l’apéritif ou encore faire une sieste … Bref, c'est une maison à recommander à tous !
