We are only 2 miles from the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens - an easy 5 minute drive without the traffic of main roads or a 30 minute walk if you prefer. And 5 miles or 11 minutes drive from the Firebirds Ice Hockey Stadium!


This is a fabulous house! It is featured on HGTV's House Hunters in an episode called Picky in Palm Springs! The house looks so different now that it has been fully renovated! A new 14’ x22' pool with a tanning shelf and great private yard! Think Mid-century meets The Brady Bunch! Built in 1972 this fabulous house features walls of glass that flood the house with light and warmth during winter. In summer the 12’ wide overhang gives shade and protection to the house and is a great place to watch the sunset. Stunning views of the golf course the house is on and the mountains that surround the area. 14' soaring ceilings and the floor to ceiling stone fireplace adds both character, sense of space and warmth. It has recently undergone an amazing total renovation and looks amazing!

The spacious kitchen is an ideal place to cook up a storm! This is Indoor / outdoor living at its finest with a 12’ wide deck that runs the length of the house for seamless transitions to the outdoor living space and garden. Outside the Primary Suite is a huge sunken jacuzzi / plunge pool with waterfall feature. The living space is classic late 60’s and early 70’s.

The house has been fully renovated and designed specifically for guests. Everything from roof to floor including new paint, furniture and flooring throughout. It’s relaxing homey feel reflects the era with modern conveniences. Come and enjoy this unique and special home.

There is no noise from traffic and there are stunning views of the local mountains and golf course. It is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood and we have wonderful neighbors who we are close friends with.

The City is very strict about enforcing their ordinances and will give heavy fines and evict guests that do not follow them. No Parties or loud noise, music etc both inside and outside. We have NoiseAware software installed that will advise you if sound levels are too high and protect you and us from false complaints. There are also security cameras on all property entrances to monitor people coming and going so we knwo when contactors are there. These do not invade your privacy.
- Only 3 cars are allowed and these must be parked at all times in the garage or on the driveway.
- No street parking.
- No trash and mess outside of the home. Trash collection happens on Fridays very early.

If you wish to heat the pool to a warmer temperature then you can choose to put on the gas heater. It will take the gas heater about 12 hours to heat the pool and 2 hours to heat the hot tub depending in the start temperature and how warm you want it. The cost is about $75-100 a day to heat the pool (+ a $25 surcharge for the initial heat on the first day) If you just want to heat the spa which seats up to 6 people and is what most people do in winter, so a 3 hour soak costs around $10 - 35 per session. Pool must be heated for the entire stay but the spa can be used a few hours at a time on demand.

Our pool guy comes twice a week. He will let himself in and out of the back yard. He cleans the pool and hot tub and checks the equipment. If you have any questions, ask him.

The house is on the Palm Desert Country Club Golf Course. Golf is literally at your doorstep. Green fees range from $49-$99 to play this iconic golf course. The clubhouse features The Cactus Club Restaurant which offers breakfast lunch and dinner as well as music and entertainment. This a beautiful place to relax. Located close to the Tennis Center, great shopping and great restaurants.
