62 squre meter house 2 bedrooms one living and one open kitchen/eatting table; outside eating with plancha; 300m2 garden plain south. Private parking and storing place. No pets. 7 minutes by foot to beach, catamaran, Jet-ski, golf, minigolf, tennis. Same 7mn for old town shopping or supermarket. Bike rental possible. Surf school.
English speaking tenant able to help you to rent whatsoever and give directions. Very nice inside. TV, chimney, bookshell, bathroom and shower. Please come!
No pets; for 3 and 4 people, the cleaning cost will 80€.

A wonderful time in Pornic

We had a wonderful time in Pornic. Jean-Pierre and Odile are very friendly and generous hosts. The appartment is spacious and comfortable and the garden is a real bonus. The location is ideal: on walking distance of both the sea and the town centre.

Excellent séjour grâce à qualité de cette belle maison ensoleillée, ouverte sur un joli jardin, proche du centre sans en être trop près car dans un quartier calme. Nos hôtes, à la fois chaleureux et très discrets, nous ont parfaitement accueillis. Wunderschöne Tage in Pornic

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und stehen immer mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung, da sie direkt nebenan wohnen. In der Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, sie ist modern, gut ausgestattet und hat gute Matratzen. Es gibt zwei Bäder, eins mit Dusche, eins mit Badewanne. Ein herrliches Grundstück mit Gartenmöbeln und Grillmöglichkeit kann mitbenutzt werden. Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Schöne Strände in kleinen Buchten sind nur einen ca. 10minütigen Fußweg entfernt. Der Ort Pornic gefällt uns besonders gut. Es gibt zahlreiche hervorragende Restaurants, die fußläufig erreichbar sind und in denen man besonders gut Fisch und Meeresfrüchte essen kann. Rund um das Schloss und den malerischen Hafen gibt es außerdem nette kleine Läden, Cafés, Creperien und Eisdielen, die keine Wünsche offen lassen. Als Ausflugsziele bieten sich Nantes und St. Nazaire an, die in etwa 30 - 50 Minuten erreicht werden können.

Fantastisch huis

Wij hebben een te gekke tijd in het huis van Jean Pierre en zijn vrouw gehad. Het huis was erg schoon en zeer compleet. Verder was de temperatuur in het huis ook prima, zelfs met warm weer. Dichtbij strand, golfbaan, centrum en super-U gelegen. Wij hebben veel informatie gekregen omtrent de bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. Niets was teveel voor de eigenaren. Wij willen Jean Pierre en zijn vrouw nogmaals bedanken voor de gastvrijheid en voor de leuke tijd in Pornic. Het was in 1 woord TOP.

Une excellente semaine

Jean-Pierre et son épouse sont des hôtes très accueillants; prodigues de bons conseils et de bonnes adresses. L'appartement est idéalement situé, dans un secteur calme proche du port et des commerces. Il y a de jolies promenades à faire à proximité, et le cadre est magnifique. Zwei sehr erholsame Wochen

Die schöne Ferienwohnung liegt hervorragend in Laufweite der schönen Strände, vielfältigen Restaurants, dem Markt und Cafés. Wir genossen das Erwandern der interessanten Küste mit all den kleinen Fischerhäuschen und die ruhige Lage der Ferienwohnung. Pornic bietet auch außerhalb der Feriensaison alles was ein Urlauberherz begehrt. Jean-Pierre und Odile haben uns herzlich empfangen und standen uns immer mit Rat und Tat und hilfreichen Tipps zur Verfügung. Wir kommen gerne wieder! (Odile, la carte postale n'est pas oubliée.)

Joli séjour à Pornic

Très agréable séjour à tout point de vue. Accueil très chaleureux et sympathique de la part de Jean-Pierre et de son épouse, qui se sont montrés disponibles et conviviaux durant notre séjour.
