Located along the bike path, you access the bike path directly from the garden.
This large house has been refurbished. A perfectly secure swimming pool awaits you
The capacity is 12 people
The house is perfectly equipped and insulated.
It consists of a very large living room including the kitchen, dining room and living room.
The house has several rooms:
- 2 bedrooms with 160x200 beds
- a bedroom with a 140x200 bed
- a child's room with a bunk bed, and a single bed of 90x200 (if necessary, the bunk bed "hides" an additional bed, but only for a child
- finally we have a mezzanine with a 160x200 bed
The house has a bathroom with a walk-in shower and one with a corner bath. Each with wc
the house is equipped with all the household appliances you may need; fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, television, dishwasher, washing machine .... and a barbecue!
The house is also equipped with a garden table outside.
Parking in the garden is possible

Nice Holiday Home

We passed a great vacation in Mimizan-Beach with our large family. The house looks exactly as advertised, the pool is great and it's nicely furnished and decorated. However, we should mention some details that keep this place from being a straight 5-star object: - if the wind blows towards the sea, you get an ugly smell from the large paper mill up the road - the place needs a very thorough clean-up that includes all corners of the kitchen and the bathroom, chairs etc.

Weekend au top

Weekend très agréable dans la région de Mimizan. Maison idéalement placée et qui nous a permis de graviter autour pour l'ensemble de nos activités. Une maison superbe, très lumineuse, permettant d'accueillir une dizaine de personnes en tout confort. La piscine ainsi que le barbecue furent fort apprécié pour ce week-end de beau temps. Nous sommes donc très satisfait de l'ensemble de la prestations et nous y retournerons avec plaisir. Quentin
