Facing the sea, quiet, between Le Pouliguen and Batz sur Mer, completely renovated, atypical house with pond, direct access to the sea and the coastal path.
4 km from La Baule and close to the beaches, 500m from Dervin beach, 1km from Govelle beach and 1.5 km from Valentin beach.

Upstairs, with sea view on the south side, and on the lake on the north side, large living room of 55 m², bathed in light with 4 large bay windows, open kitchen, fully equipped, and dining and side area living room with TV and Wifi. Small veranda adjoining the kitchen area.
On the ground floor, 3 bedrooms: a pond view room with a double bed (160x200) and private bathroom and wc, a pond view room with a double bed (160x200) and a south side bedroom with bunk beds. A bathroom. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a toilet.
2500 m² of land with a private pond where it is possible to swim and fish (unprotected is not suitable for young children), a wooded area and in front of the house, land where it is possible to park 3 cars.
In August rental for 2 consecutive weeks minimum.

Linen rental possible for € 15 per person per week.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt am Meer

Wir waren mit 7 Erwachsenen unterwegs und haben vor Ort alles vorgefunden, was einen Aufenthalt wunderbar macht. Ganz besonders netter und hilfreicher Austausch mit den Vermietern.

Haus mit See in toller Lage

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus mit dem eigenen See war gut ausgestattet, das Meer war auf anderen Seite der Straße direkt zu erreichen. Die Gegens bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Der nächste Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Du calme à la tempête

D’un côté, il y a la cõte sauvage, le tumulte de ses rouleaux, ses embruns, sa beauté sauvage; de l’autre, l’ïlot rassurant d’une terrasse de bois, posée sur le sombre miroir d’une ancienne carrière de granite, propice à la méditation. Entre les deux, une maison confortable et pratique, avec son sauna aménagé dans un ancien bunker de la seconde guerre mondiale, heureuse reconversion d’un passé douloureux. Nous avons été conquis!

Temps magnifique et belle maison très agréable entre étang et mer, la côte sauvage à quelques pas, les plages de Batz au choix en fonction des marées, le village à qq minutes Tout est disponible dans cette maison très bien décorée, on s'y sent chez soi tout de suite, l’accueil est aussi de qualité ! Sehr schönes Haus in sehr schöner Umgebung

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) haben den Aufenthalt in diesem hellen, geräumigen und gut ausgestatteten Haus sehr genossen. Die Kinder haben es geliebt, auf dem Teich mit dem Boot zu fahren. Die Besitzer selber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Umgebung fanden wir schön. Gerne wieder!

Sehr gut

Rundum war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub , letztendlich auch deshalb , weil das Ferienhaus sehr gemütlich ist. Man hat an so vielen Stellen die Möglichkeit zu relaxen, sei es am See , oder mit Blick auf das Meer an verschiedenen Stellen im Haus . Sehr empfehlenswert.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette location bien située et bien aménagée. Proche de la mer, on peut atteindre la plage à pied, aller à la pêche, marcher ou courir sur les sentiers côtiers. Nous avons passé des vacances idéales pour toute la famille, petits et grands.

What a wonderful house!

We absolutely loved staying here in july 2017. The owner was welcoming and helpful, and the house is perfectly located between Le Croisic, Guerande and Poliguen/La Baule. We didn't use the bus stop close to the house, but visited the nearby towns, beaches and sights by foot, on bicycles and by car. The house itself is well equipped, highly functional and cleverly planned. The same goes for the kitchen and the outside areas. There are sweetspots for all kinds of weather, both inside and outside. WiFi connection and TV reception was stable during our stay. Ps: the breads of the local baker in Batz-Sur-Mer are among the best I have had the pleasure to enjoy on my 30+ summer vacations on the west coast of France. Well worth a daily morning stroll. I highly recommend the house, as well as its spectacular surroundings
