Hermosa casa frente al lago con 200 pies de frente al mar

Nuestra casa se encuentra en 200 pies de aguas cristalinas de la costa de Willsboro Bay en casi 2 acres de tierra, creando una experiencia privada de Adirondack para familias y amigos. Las instalaciones frente al mar incluyen un muelle, un amarre y un muelle flotante unido a un segundo amarre. Una nueva cubierta grande con bancos incorporados se encuentra en voladizo sobre la costa, ideal para atardeceres de cóctel. Un gran patio plano cuenta con un terreno perfecto para croquet, bádminton u otras actividades al aire libre. Una dependencia proporciona almacenamiento para bicicletas compartidas y juguetes acuáticos, mientras que ofrece mucho espacio para su propio equipo al aire libre. Una canoa está disponible para su uso por los inquilinos.

En el interior hay un plano de planta abierto con una gran cocina bien equipada (con lavaplatos), comedor y sala de estar con una chimenea de 2 pisos. Un muro de ventanas en la parte delantera de la casa ofrece vistas al lago luminosas y hermosas. Hay un espacio de comedor adicional disponible en un gran porche cubierto perfecto para observar la puesta de sol sobre el lago.

Hay 4 dormitorios, 2 arriba y 2 abajo. Dos de las habitaciones tienen camas tamaño queen, una con cama doble y la otra con literas. La bahía de Willsboro alberga 2 puertos deportivos, ambos con servicios de comedor y un lanzamiento público de botes. El punto de Willsboro es perfecto para el ciclismo y la pesca. El área que rodea a Willsboro tiene una gran cantidad de senderismo y escalada en roca, e incluye atracciones tales como Lake Placid, Whiteface Mountain y Ausable Chasm, entre otras. We enjoyed our time. Beautiful view and enjoyed spending time on the porch relaxing. Surprisingly a few days were actually really hot and the house has no AC. The bed upstairs was way too hard and uncomfortable compounding the fact it was hot. Sleeping those nights were difficult. Other than that, it is a great place!

Great property

Stayed at Greg’s place for the LCI fishing derby and had a great experience. The house is in a nice secluded area, well kept and the entire process was easy from start to finish. Looking forward to coming back.

Revisiting Willsboro

We have rented vacation places in Willsboro for decades but this was by far the best location and home. Room for everyone inside and out. We hope to go back again next year. Another sweet memory of our Willsboro get-aways!

Paradise by the Lake

Everything was wonderful! The lake access was easy - practically right outside the door. And it was beautiful to swim in, to boat around in, and to look at. The lawn was grand - we played lawn games and had outdoor fires. The amenities at the house were perfect - everything we needed. Overall, a peaceful and perfect lake getaway.

We had two relaxing weeks on Willsboro Point. Beautiful property and home. Very quiet nights. The ambient noise was from crickets, geese, and loons! Nearby restaurants are great. We took day trips to nearby Burlington VT and the Essex County Fair.

Old Cedar Camp

Private and most comfortable. The view is wonderful. The library is stacked, kitchen is well supplied and the house is spotless top to bottom. The bay is well protected, the shore is rocky, but that's to be expected. Great hosts are very responsive and helpful. We hope to come back!

Fantastic Peaceful Stay

We had a wonderful time week at Greg and Laura's Lake Champlain home. Communication was easy, the home was lovely and well stocked. The lake was clear and cool. We had so much fun exploring the lake in the kayak and paddleboat. We explored the greater area by traveling to Montreal, Lake Placid and took the ferry to ride bikes in Burlington VT. The fire pit on a dark starry night was the cherry on top. Thank you for sharing your home with our family!

A great vacation on Willsboro Bay

We had an absolutely wonderful vacation at this property! We had 3 adults and one infant and the amount of room was perfect and exactly how it was described. Waterfront access amazing, especially allowing for the baby to get her naps while we enjoyed the outside. Kitchen was well stocked and all appliances in working order! Such a nice space in the kitchen and plenty of seating both inside and out. The deck on the house and the deck by the waterfront were amazing. There were also 2 grills which we made good use of. Plenty to do in the area and easy access to hiking and trail running which we enjoyed as well. The hosts were easy to contact and communicate with as well. Swimming right off the dock and easy in and out with their kayaks and my SUP board. Plenty of privacy as well. We all talked about our memorable week when we were packing up and going in different directions home. :)

Great location. Loved the great room and open space, porch the best. Comfortable. Views beautiful, and enjoyed waterfront and kayaks. Rocks are challenging even with water shoes but still fun, It was very hot and fans not adequate.Lighting in the bed rooms poor. Flimsy lamps. Some windows rotting and 1 broken and wouldn't close. Overall great stay.

Put it this way, we are definitely planning to come back! Very impressive large, private property on a beautiful bay of Lake Champlain. Outstanding water views and access. (but watch out unfortunately for the zebra mussels that coat the rocks offshore: do as the host advises: wear water shoes). Very comfortyable place for up to 6 I'd say.

Lovely setting on Lake Champlain

The house was great for our family of 6. The setting is amazing and the use of the house kayaks was wonderful. The owners were very accommodating to use and we would definitely stay again.

Summer getaway

Nicely secluded and great access to Lake Champlain. Many ways to enjoy the water. Lake was a little cold for some, but got in the water everyday. Rocky bottom but no problem with Teva sandals. A lot of space to spread out on decks, large yard, and multiple spaces in house. Has everything. Not modern, but very comfortable. Hosts are nicely responsive. Area is very scenic. A few nice restaurants within reasonable driving distance and very close Marina restaurant. Climbed 3 interesting mountains Poke-O-Moonshine, Rattlesnake, and Hurricane. One bike ride to Essex was fun. Ferry from Charlotte to Essex is easy.

Wonderful stay!

Everything we could have asked for in a vacation rental. It was an easy property to have our two year old at even though getting in the water is a little tough with young children. We really enjoyed our stay!

My family has been going to this property since I was 5 years old (1964). At that point we rented an abandoned miner's cabin on the farm. The toilet was attached to the outside of the camp and there was only cold running water, directly from the lake, no heat, shower or bath. We loved it so much that when the owner of the farm started selling off parcels my parents bought a couple of acres with 200 waterfront feet. They built the current house with all of the modern amenities, but still the same spirit. We loved the old cabin and the new home even more!
