About this property

Serene Casita with Private Backyard Garden in downtown San Jose

Our detached casita located behind the main house features an exclusive entrance, a soothing color scheme with wood finishes, mid-century furnishings, and an enclosed patio space. The spacious yard is shared with two other short term rentals on the property and the owner's home (owners live on site and are available at all times).

Our casita is best suited for a solo traveler or a couple. We provide a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee machine for your convenience. We are close to the airport, convention center, SAP Center, San Jose State University, Santa Clara University, and other points of interest in and/or near the downtown San Jose area.
Please turn off heater/AC when not in use. Please keep windows and doors closed if heater/AC are turned on.

If you are going to enjoy our shared backyard, we ask that you lower your voices after 10pm as a courtesy to our neighbors, your hosts, and the other guests on the property.

Great Hideaway in a Big City

We loved our stay at the casita in San Jose, we couldn't have asked for better accommodations. The casita had everything we could need, for a couple, and the outside had lush, green plants and trees with chairs set underneath for a cozy outside living setting. We took the light rail, only a few blocks away, to Levi Stadium, which was perfect for avoiding parking and traffic. We would stay here again if need be. Thank you!

Serene little spot, close to downtown San Jose

My in-laws were visiting for a week, and this was the perfect little spot for them to rest their heads. It's more spacious than it initially appears. It was meticulously cleaned and very nicely laid out with a combo bedroom/living area, and a nice, updated bathroom. The garden seating area outside was gorgeous and chill. It was located close to downtown San Jose and Japantown.

Clean, cute, comfortable and convenient!

This casita was perfect for my needs. The room and the grounds were spotlessly clean. I loved the Nepresso machine and really cute mini fridge. The bed was very comfortable and the natural products in the shower were very much appreciated. The garden was also very beautiful. This was within walking distance to many restaurants. The host was very sweet to suggest restaurants to me and let me check in early, which was very helpful.
