Beautiful bicentennial Provencal farmhouse of 250 m2 with swimming pool salt (5X10) closed by a child safety barrier. Cabin in the plane tree that can accommodate 6 people, giant trampoline, large gas barbecue, gas planchas, football cages, beach volley, foosball. My 3 cats are part of the furniture but you should not see them. I leave them a reserve of croquettes but I would ask you to add a supplement and give them to drink.
On the ground floor: billiard room, piano and 2 studio:
- a room for a couple and a child (sleeping 90 in mezzanine) with its bathroom + WC,
- a room for a couple with bathroom incorporated + WC;
ON The FLOOR: 3 bedrooms:
- a room for 3 people with its shower room + WC: A 90 bed in mezzanine and a sofa bed 2 places below.
- a room for 4 people (a bed in 110 downstairs, a bed in 110 and another in 140 mezzanine) with baby foot, his shower room;
 - A large room for 5 with a bed 160 and mezzanine a bed 140 and a bed 90, with its shower room + WC.
All rooms have their individual of bath-room.
Spend your vacation in an old Provencal farmhouse bicentennial, not far from the city but enjoying the quiet of the countryside (fields start right behind the house). Get through the gate, it is a haven of peace that awaits you. Salon de Provence is also the center of Provence, a hotspot where it's very easy to spread. You are here at about half an hour from everything: Aix, Avignon, Arles, Nîmes, Marseille, Les Baux de Provence, Luberon, Saint Remy de Provence, the sea, the creeks, the blue coast. I also have at your disposal a beautiful tourist library! You can park your car inside the property closed by an electric gate you will beep.
On foot, you will find everything you need in our district: Michelet district. In 20 minutes on foot you will be in the city center with its castle of Empéri, the mossy fountain, soap Rampal Latour and Marius Fabre, markets, good restaurants ... the terraces of coffee ...
This farmhouse is located in a quiet and serene area. I will ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood and not to transform the pool into Aqualand. I recommend the Aqualand of Saint Cyr sur Mer an hour away!
