Bel Air Penthouse #2 - Beachfront Penthouse by Times Square!

Top floor condo at Bel Air Beach Club overlooking the white sand beach and Gulf of Mexico! This two-bedroom, two-bathroom beachfront condo comes with a full kitchen, in-unit washer / dryer, private screened balcony, and communal heated pool. This unit truly lets you enjoy all Florida has to offer, including beautiful sunsets over the water.

There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. The master bathroom has a shower/tub combo and the guest bathroom has a walk-in shower. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. Perfect for anyone's island getaway. This unit is in one of the best locations on the island. Located just a few minutes of walking to Times Square. The islands grocery store is about 3 miles south of you.

This unit requires a physical key. You will need to pick up keys from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first to gain access to this unit.

Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter). NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.

We would like to note that there may still be construction occurring or construction materials near the property as a result of post Hurricane Ian renovations. Also, some of the furniture in the unit has been updated - we are working on posting new pictures soon. Please contact us for more details.

We were pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs in the unit as well as large beach towels. The sunsets from the lanai were great and the walkability to everything was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

The condo was great just as described. It was in a really good location in walking distance to a lot of restaurants. The only slight downfall for us was the mattress in the master bedroom was too hard for us and the balcony was screened in. Other than that it was a really nice place. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay right on the beach

My wife and I had a really nice time staying here with lots of space for just the two of us and tons of cable channels when you need a break from the beach. 4 stars for cleanliness in some small areas. Also 3 stars for check in because we had to have uber driver make an extra stop out of our way to pickup the keys and a 9 am checkout is a little early on vacation. One other thing, we didn't rent a car and picked up groceries on our way to the condo from the airport and didn't think we should've picked up tp and paper towels and ran out on our second day of our 8 day stay and paid $2.50 for awful tp per roll across the street at 7/11. Overall those are minor things and we really enjoyed our stay here.

Major disappointment

It is necessary to go to Tripower office on Estero blvd to pick up your key and same to return key! Which means traveling in traffic congestion on a Saturday when our rental was at north end - ridiculous you can’t get key at rental office where you stay! Even more ridiculous why can’t units have coded entry!then within two hours of arrival the elevator broke and wasn’t repaired for four days! We were on 5th floor with health issues and we were trapped! I understand things happen BUT we have not been compensated at all for basically losing half our stay!!Never returning to this establishment and will muse Tripower again’

Hello Donna, we regret your experience was not ideal, unfortunately and for now, picking up the keys in our office is the only way we can guarantee you will have access to the rental, the office at bel air is open during business hours only and if you arrive after hours then this would create a bigger inconvenience, we hope that overtime, with the road work finished, the driving time to and from our office will decrease, we are actively working on getting all doors on electronic locks and codes, but this needs to be coordinated with rental owners, it is unfortunate that the elevator was not working, issues like this are out of our control but we do understand how frustrating this can be, we are transparent when it comes to our check in process and policies, our rental agreement discloses certain scenarios that may affect your stay but we make it clear that Tripower is not accountable for such events, please take the time to read it through. Great location, Quiet side of Estero

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this property. The ability to see the ocean from every room was incredible. There were ample amount of beach and room towels. Previous guests left beach chairs for our use which was nice. The water pressure in the kitchen was a little low which made cleaning of the dishes tough, plus no sponge provided, but that would be the only minimal complaint. There are only 20 units to this complex, so the beach was not busy at all even during peak hours. We could walk to Times Square in a couple minutes even with young kids which was a big relief because that island traffic is horrendous. This brings me to my largest complaint. Upon arrival we had to go get keys a mile down the road and then spent an hour in traffic to get to the property, PLEASE PLEASE INSTALL LOCKS WITH KEYPAD CODES on the property door. Even the free Lee County Tram wouldn't save this massive headache. An Uber ride would have cost a fortune from airport to key pickup to residence. All that being said, we loved our stay FMB was so great to us, dolphin sightings everyday on the beach! We'll be back if you'd have us!

Hello Eric, thanks so much for your review, we are glad you had a positive experience overall, we will address the water pressure and make sure there are the basic utensils and tools in the kitchen, although we believe the water pressure is a building issue but we will look into it. Your suggestion for an electronic lock is absolutely valid and this has been brought up with owners of the property in the past, we will continue to push the matter and we hopefully can install a lock that will not require a key, or simply install a lock box by the door, we want to make the process smooth as well. Wenn wir dort hätten unseren Urlaub verbringen können, wäre es bestimmt auch sehr schöner Urlaub geworden. Leider wurde uns ein Tag vor Anreise gesagt, dass wir dort evtl. nicht bleiben wollen, da der Fahrstuhl nicht ging. Bei Ankunft war das Unit nicht bewohnbar, wurden umgebucht in eine katastrophale Unterkunft. Wurden wieder umgebucht. Die Unterkunft war ok, aber nicht das, was wir uns gewünscht haben!!!

Great location!

The property was perfect in space and location. We have stayed in the area many times and this is by far our favorite. My only complaint is the check in instructions did not say for us to go to Tripower so we tried checking in at the property. The listing and check in instructions need to be clear exactly where to go.
