Los alquileres de fin de semana del Día de los Caídos hasta el fin de semana del Día del Trabajo son de 4 a 7 días como mínimo a 185. 00 por noche. Fuera de temporada son 3-4 noches mínimo a 125. 00 por noche. Condominio en la planta baja con patio privado cerrado, mucho espacio para guardar sus suministros de playa y bicicletas. Nuevos muebles de patio con capacidad para 6 más una pequeña mesa con capacidad para 2. Dentro del condominio, el área de comedor tiene capacidad para 4, pero hay una mesa plegable en el armario del dormitorio principal que también tendrá capacidad para 4. Ubicado en el frente del complejo. Nuevas ventanas y puertas corredizas de vidrio. Recién pintado, todos los muebles nuevos. Nuevas camas en todas las habitaciones, 1 queen en master, 2 literas completas y 1 individual en el segundo dormitorio y un sofá cama queen. Ventiladores de techo en todo el condominio con luces. Cocina con estufa de tamaño completo, microondas, tostadora, utensilios, licuadora y lavavajillas. Lavadora / secadora ubicada dentro del condominio. Televisores de 43 pulgadas en cada habitación con wifi gratuito y cable. A solo unos pasos de la piscina al aire libre y las canchas de tenis, también tenemos piscina cubierta para esos días lluviosos. Corta distancia a pie de CVS, Food Lion, Dunkin Donuts y el bar y restaurante Crab Cake Factory y muchas otras atracciones. Los artículos de tocador, toallas y ropa de cama (sábanas, fundas de almohadas, mantas, toallas y trapos de lavado) deben ser proporcionados por el inquilino, pero el propietario puede proporcionarlos por un cargo adicional. Se proporcionan 6 pases de piscina junto con 2 pases de estacionamiento. No hay plazas de aparcamiento reservadas. Si los pases se pierden o no se devuelven, se deducirá un cargo por servicio de $ 25 de su depósito de seguridad por cada pase. Lo sentimos, no se admiten mascotas y no se alquilará a menores de 25 años. Se enviará un contrato de arrendamiento por separado al inquilino una vez que se haya realizado la reserva. Great experience from booking through departure!

Our family of 5 had a quick stay im OCMD for a softball tournament. Beth was quick to respond to both emails and text messages and provided a great linen company for towels and bedding. The property was well-maintained with a great location and all the kitchen appliances and washer/dryer needed for our family.

Party of 4

Had a great stay with my wife and 2 little ones (2.5 and 9 months). Place was in a great central location, easy walk to the beach and the perfect place to call home for a week. Would def stay here again

Great Condo, perfect location!

The condo was terrific, nicely furnished and very updated! The owner Beth was very responsive and easy to work with. The location of the condo is very convenient close to many restaurants, stores and a short walk to the beach. I definitely would stay in this condo again!

Perfect Location

We had a wonderful time in OCMD. Our place was in a great location! It was a short walk to the beach and located by many local shops. We loved that it was far enough away from the busier part of OCMD but with a short distance of the boardwalk to enjoy a night out! Communication with the owner was amazing! We hope to stay here again!

Great location!

We absolutely loved the condo. It's is a great location with the beach so close and the restaurants and food store within walking distance. The pool was so clean and loved the fact that it was opened until 8. When we had a question for the owner she got back to us within minutes. Would definitely rent this condo again.

Great Condo!

This was a great 2 bdrm condo just a block and a half from beach. Food lion and other stores walking distance away. Beth was very helpful and the cons was super clean and cozy. Would def recommend!

4th of July at the Ocean

The condo and its owners were great. We ended up arriving about an hour and a half early and they were kind enough to let us in early. The condo served our needs perfectly and we look forward to renting it again next summer.

Beautiful Condo steps from the pool and close to the beach.

The location was perfect for us. Dunkin, Wawa, Fast Eddie’s, food lion, and CVS were all walking distance. We were equally between the bay and beach for perfect sunrise and sunset pictures. The condo was very clean. Very quiet area. Even though the pool is steps away, you never hear anything inside the condo. I definitely would recommend staying here.

Near the beach

The condo was great. It was right near the beach, only two short blocks away. The outside area was PERFECT to relax, dry off your wet suits and hose off the sand from the beach. The pool was right near the condo. Overall, very happy, we would be happy to stay here again. Only downside, was I did not realize we needed to bring our own linens, so I had to go to Roses and buy sheets and towels (my fault)...

Family extended weekend outing

Property was easy to find with GPS. Apond arriving will stay that gate little tricky to get use to opening with code but we all got the hang of it. Condo was clean and tastefully. Beds for 3 of us little to hard but its daughter slept great. Great spot to be if you don't want over crowed beaches, 19 minutes to boardwalk plenty of stores near like wawa and cvs.. would do again

Great vacation

The condo was exactly as listed. In fact, it felt a little bigger than what the pictures led me to believe. This was a family vacation with our kids who are 6, 8, and 10, and it was nice that we could still have our separate spaces when needed. We enjoyed the pool which was super close, and the short walk to the beach was awesome. We came prepared with a beach cart so it was a breeze. We loved eating dinner out on the patio and having that private outdoor space. There's a Food Lion and a Sunsations super close which were perfect for groceries and random beach needs.

Great location, cozy condo

We had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were clutch. The kitchen had all the right supplies and was easy to use. The bedrooms were a nice size with plenty of storage. Having 2 bathrooms was wonderful. so kids can have their own space. The proximity to the beach, restaurants, the pool and the grocery store was fantastic! We liked staying far off the boardwalk, as sun, sea and sand were all we wanted. Highly recommend. And the host was extra-helpful. 10/10!

Beautiful vacation spot!

We’re a family of 5 with two of our kids being younger. Ocean City has a lot of areas where it is loud and has a bit of a rowdy crowd. I am so grateful we stayed in this condo - as we were far enough away to not hear the constant party going of the younger crowd, but close enough we still got to enjoy the best of the beach. The pool was by far our family’s favorite. It was also close to the grocery stores and some cute little shops - all within easy walking distance for even the tiniest feet. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot for our family. The host was also super responsive and helpful to all our needs. She helped make sure we were comfortable and answered any questions we may have had. This place is one of those hidden gems you tell others about so they can book it too. Definitely can’t wait to repeat this experience again next year!

Perfection

I have been to Ocean City before and this condo by far beat every other. First, there was the comfort level and beautiful decor. My daughters and I had plenty of room and the decor was relaxing and nicely updated. We also enjoyed the private patio each day. Having 2 bathrooms with showers available was a huge bonus. Next, the location was perfect. We walked to food shops, the beach, Dunkin Donuts and we even did an escape room located in the shopping center next door. This unit is just steps to the outdoor pool which was so convenient especially with kids. Luckily the weather was great but if we needed the indoor pool is was a quick walk away. Lastly, Beth was great to work with. She communicated well and if anything was needed I knew how to contact her easily. We look forward to returning the next time we visit Ocean City. Thanks for letting us stay 🙂

Comfy OC Oasis

This property was a perfect fit for our family. We had 2 adults and 4 kids ranging in age from 4-12. The condo was very clean upon arrival, had so many amenities of being home, and the owner was lighting fast with her response any time we needed to ask her a question. The location of this condo alone is such a selling point: two blocks from the beach and EVERYTHING is in walking distance (Food Lion, CVS, Wawa, 7-11, restaurants galore!!) My kids took full advantage of the pool every day after we returned from the beach, the older ones were able to walk to Sunsations and browse other stores by themselves, and we adored being able to sit and eat outside. The wifi lock was a god sent when dealing with multiple kids. So we never feared of there not being enough keys. Thanks again Beth for allowing us to stay in your home! We WILL be back next year!!

Great Week with the Family

Beth was a great communicator from day one. This is a great place to stay in close proximity to everything you need. The condo is well maintained and clean, it’s a very nice home away from home. The patio is a plus and the pool is a very short walk away. I would highly recommend this place for family, you will not be disappointed. We hope to return next summer.
