About this property
architect-designed house with mountain view, private heated pool
This is our main residence, which we rent when we go on vacation.
Located in a small village in the Basque country, very quiet without being isolated.
We are 5 minutes from Espelette, 20 km from Bayonne and Biarritz, close to Spain.
Surfing, hiking, golf courses nearby.
The house is 115 m2, is very bright thanks to its bay windows, modern decoration. A wooden terrace hosts a garden furniture, and you will enjoy a superb mountain view !!
Private heated swimming pool 9x3. Deckchairs, hammock.
Everything is provided for outdoor living, a very popular covered terrace for lunch when it is very hot, as well as a gas plancha and a Weber barbecue. The garden is completely enclosed.
As for the house, on the ground floor, an equipped kitchen open to the living room, our son's bedroom (140 mezzanine bed, for children or teenagers only), a small
8m2 bedroom with 2x80 cm sofa bed and TV. A bathroom (bath), and separate WC.
Upstairs, the parental area, with a large bedroom (160 cm bed) and its integrated dressing room, bathroom with WC, mezzanine office.
The house is not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
And it is ideal for a couple with 2 children.
