Charming year round Cape house. Centrally located to all the Cape has to offer in your home away from home. Minutes away from all Yarmouth beaches, championship golf courses, miniature golfing, bike trails, restaurants, and Cape Cod Melody Tent. Have a BBQ, relax by the fire pit, or relax on our 1/2 acre of land abutting conservation land. Quiet, secluded and relaxing. Kid friendly with DVDs, books, crib, ping pong table, etc. Enjoy a day at the beach and shower off in the outside shower and relax in the central A/C. We have tried to anticipate anything a vacationer might want to make their stay more relaxing and enjoyable!

Pretty close to perfect

We stayed here for a hockey tournament weekend that started the day after Thanksgiving. We arrived on Thanksgiving and the home felt like a warm cup of cider greeting us, the kitchen was well equipped to host our low key Thanksgiving, even did some very light baking. The home was sparkling clean, towels left on each bed for convenience and all extras were in easily accessible areas. The neighborhood was very quiet and neighbors all friendly. The check in process was easy as could be, this home was the perfect respite in between games and team activities.

Sisters Vaca

Property very clean and very welcoming. We did feel at home that had lots of room fir our needs. We are 5 elderly sisters from different and we get together every year (no husbands, no kids) and Cape Cod was ideal. The house location made it easy for places and things we wanted to do.

A Lovely place to Stay

Our stay was enjoyable. It was great to sit outside for breakfast and sit around the living room at night to chat. We did so many things and this house was in a perfect location to reach everywhere! We explored Cape Cod from top (p-town) to bottom (Woods Hole ferry to Martha's Vineyard) and did not spend as much time at the house as we had expected. But it was a perfect vacation.

Long weekend in the Cape

Home is located in quiet, beautiful family neighborhood. Neighbors take walks, few kids riding bikes. It’s definitely a place where I’d live. Saw a few wild turkeys and cottontail bunnies. Cute! Very nice sized ranch home- very well decorated and clean with two exceptions: master bath nicely redecorated, but need to get rid of moldy shower liners and dingy rugs. Also, need to replace pillows and mattress in master bedroom. The mattress is worn, dips in middle and a bit creaky. Overall 4 stars- with these changes an easy 5!

Loved the home, quiet nice house only problem was none of the lights in the living room worked. Also, only one towel for each guest for a five day stay, unacceptable. Other than that, I wouldn't hesitate to rent again. Safe very comfortable.

Cute, Nice Neighborhood, Broke Outdoor Shower, Moldy Bathroom, Broken Ping Pong Table

House is in nice neighborhood, cute backyard, pretty spacious. Found black mold in bathtub and on other bathroom shower curtain. No bathtub stop for baths for my children. Outdoor shower was broken with no active water running to it. Ping pong table was broken. Host responded to email with how impeccable their cleaning service is and didn’t show any care or interest in broken outdoor shower. Wouldn’t stay again.

Wonderful Cape House with Some Complications

Wonderful Cape House! Perfect size, lots of space, and decorated nicely! The only complaint would be tiny spiders and lots of pincher bugs around the house. Otherwise, this was a great stay!

Good but needs small updates

Overall the house worked out well, the guest bathroom needs renovation and was not in very good condition. Beds were small but comfortable. Neighborhood very nice and quiet and close to areas of interest.

Lovely Home - very nice location

We very much enjoyed your lovely home. Listing was very accurate in terms of amenities, but a second set of towels etc would have been very helpful. We have stayed using Vrbo in many locations on the Cap and have found this to be one of the best. - lovely yard, plenty of room for seating.and conversation. A/C was very helpful. Thank you. ,

Great place to stay for the price

This property is central to the Cape. The house is clean and has all the amenities that you need. Spacious and comfortable. This is my 3rd time renting and I have never been disappointed.

Christmas visit was warm and comfortable

The house is clean and comfortable. The WiFi worked and the location is perfect for visiting my family. On the downside, the house could use electrical updating. The directions to the house and some of the directions in the house also need updating.

Lovely Home

We had a nice time. The home was well kept and had lots of space for a family. The rooms were nicely decorated, however one of the beds could use a new mattress as it creaked. It had a fully stocked kitchen and the washer/dryer was a bonus.

Nicely furnished home in quiet neighborhood!

Really nice home, newly updated furnishings, including a kitchen with all essentials. Had a great time with grownup kids making s’mores in small fire pit in back yard. Lovely quiet family neighborhood.

Fabulous stay

We were on the Cape for a family wedding and needed a place for the five of us to stay for 3 days. This house was perfect. It has so much to offer that I look forward to renting it again. Beautifully kept! Loved having the linens already there. Thank you!

Vacation

Had a great time. Visited with family, shopped, went out to eat. Too cold for the beach. The only thing is that it looked like someone has broken a bottle, there was glass on the lawn by the drive way.

Beautiful House!

Went down the Cape for our annual girls trip and stayed at this beautiful house. Everything you need to enjoy your stay was there. Very spacious and comfortable. We all had a blast. I will definitely stay again next year and already looking forward to it! Thanks again for letting us stay! I would recommend to anyone from large to small groups.

Perfect getaway!

Great long weekend with some girlfriends. House was clean, private outdoor area. Host had pleantly of kitchen items, linens and towels. Pleanty of seating and spaces in home. Lovely spot, clean, plenty of parking. Can't wait to book again!

You can’t go wrong with Yarmouth

This beautiful home with comfortable beds, two living rooms and plenty of space for all is perfectly located in a quiet residential area, close to everything! My family and I wanted to get away and glad we did. We went to many beaches in the area and saw lots of seals swimming along. It is difficult to plan/pack for New England weather in May but it was Sunny, 70’s and gorgeous! We went to many beaches; Mayflower, Sea St., and Smuggler’s were closest to us. One day, we drove to P-Town and Well Fleet; about an hr away; off season. I highly recommend the Bookstore restaurant in Well Fleet for delicious seafood! We would love to stay here again in the future.

Nice Rental!

Six adults enjoyed our stay here in April. Plenty of seating for us to eat and relax. The chairs by the fireplace are the bomb! Kitchen was well equipped but I always pack my own knives and favorite tools so I can’t give a honest review on those things. We had a bit of trouble getting the Wi-Fi working, owner was quick to respond, and it turned out to be the electrical receptacle that wasn’t working. Back bedroom on the right with twin beds also had receptacles that weren’t working. The master bedroom is spacious and the bed was comfy. The first bedroom on the right had a twin bed that should be replaced. It squeaked with the slightest movement. Furniture, linens and decor were pleasing. All in all is a very good rental and we would go back if that bed was upgraded.
