Quaint & Cozy Downtown Chatham Home, Walk to Town and Beaches

This charming and totally renovated (see updated pictures below) Chatham home is on a private road in a downtown neighborhood of exclusive homes. Its ideal location enables you to walk to Lighthouse Beach about (1/2 mile) and 1 block from downtown Chatham. Also, Oyster Pond Beach is a convenient 2 minute walk for a day at the beach. The two-story home is comprised of a living room, kitchen with breakfast bar, two bedrooms, sleeping porch with a daybed and a shower inside plus an outdoor shower.

Just around the corner is a large park for all kinds of outdoor activities. Enjoy the many activities that Chatham has to offer: upscale shops and restaurants, Friday night band concerts, fresh fish from the Chatham fish pier, and the popular Cape Cod Baseball League games. Downtown shopping is spectacular!!

This is our favorite home to stay in! It's beautiful and perfectly located in Chatham. The host is wonderful, and timely in communication. The house is absolutely darling and has everything you need while staying away. We have stayed here every year, and look forward to it.

Well located and equipped; quaint and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.One comment that might be useful for some is that the bathroom is on the first floor and the bedrooms are on the second floor, which might require navigating the stairs.

Perfect location. Clean and nicely appointed. Be aware that there is no bathroom on the second floor where the bedrooms are - this was at first a shock for us ol’ folks! It turned out fine and we will definitely stay again at this lovely cottage.

This is a perfect spot to enjoy Chatham. The house is charming and comfortable. They have really thought through what guests might need - even a lobster pot! And the location is perfect. We walked to town multiple times each day. And Tom is welcoming and responsive. His recommendations were spot on, too.

Great cottage / great location

Walk to everything in Chatham! We stayed in this great cottage (two adults and two young children) and had a wonderful time.

This house is in an excellent location with very close proximity to Chatham village, Oyster Pond and Lighthouse Beach. It was easy to go for a run in the morning and stop for coffee on the way back! The house itself is clean and comfortable and has convenient laundry facilities. We would recommend it!

Amazing stay in Chatham

We’ve stayed at Tom’s place three years running because it is the perfect place to stay in Chatham. Just off downtown and a short walk to Oyster Pond, it can’t be beat. Tom is easy to communicate with and made us feel welcome. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else.

Wonderful Stay!

A really cute cottage in a fabulous location! We really enjoyed our stay and absolutely loved the neighborhood. The bedrooms are upstairs and the only bathroom is downstairs which wasn't a problem for us. The kitchen was well-equipped and the furnishings were comfortable.
