In Costa Verde, more precisely in the municipality of Cervione (Prunete), the villa is 40 km from the port of Bastia, 25 km from the airport, less than 2 hours from the main points of attraction on the island , and enjoys a strategic position on the eastern coast of Corsica.

The condominium residence offers a large swimming pool with deckchairs and parasols (open from May to September) and 2 tennis courts. The house can accommodate up to 8 people, with a private, fully fenced garden and a shaded terrace with garden furniture.
The residence allows direct access to the beach.

Great times at the "Maison de la mer"

We spent 4 weeks as a family of four with two small boys in the house in Prunete. The house is beautiful and really well equipped so you have all the convenience of your home. The garden is beautiful and the outdoor shower is great after the beach. Our boys loved how close it was to the beach and pool and there is additional entertainment from the nearby campsite. Celine and Matthieu (the hosts) are super friendly and responsive. I broke the stove by mistake and they came the following day to install a new one end ensure there wasn't any danger to anyone. While there is a little noise sometimes from the animation on the campsite it didn't bother us or the kids and it's max a couple of hours a day. We can only recommend the house and everyone who wants to get some time to relax with the family without the need for lots of driving.

Entspannung pur!

Vielen Dank an die netten Hausbesitzer ,wir haben 2 wunderbare Wochen im Haus am Meer verbracht.Das Objekt ist schöner noch, als auf den Fotos.Viele Dinge sind aktuell nochmals verschönert...so wie eine tolle Markise über der schön gestalteten Terasse!Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer, jedes thematisch gestaltet.Die Lage ist ideal , nur ein paar Schritte zum Meer.Supermarkt und ein toller Bäcker fussläufig.Schöner Weg ca.2min zum Hafen.Die Gastgeber sind ganz reizend und führsorglich.Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Einfach wundervoll!

Die Ferienwohnung war für uns 7 perfekt. Alles war da, was wir brauchten. Es war gemütlich und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Von den Gastgebern fühlten wir uns herzlich willkommen und gut betreut.

Ein toller Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus

Als Familie sind wir diesen Sommer zu fünft nach Korsika gefahren und haben uns diese Unterkunft ausgesucht. Im Vorfeld hat uns besonders die Nähe zum Strand und die Lage auf Korsika begeistert. Darüber hinaus hat uns nach der Buchung bereits im Vorfeld der Reise sehr gefreut, wie freundlich und aufmerksam die Gastgeberin war, um sicherzustellen, dass uns im Urlaub nichts fehlt. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet! In jedem Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage und ein Fernseher (im Wohnzimmer auch mit Set-Top-Box, worüber viele deutsche Sender empfangbar sind.). Die Küche ist ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet mit Backofen Mikrowelle Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Spülmaschine, einer Senseo Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, scharfen(!) Küchenmessern und so weiter. Das WLAN war ebenfalls sehr gut, und eine Waschmaschine ist auch da! Die Terrasse war auch sehr schön, mit Grill, genügend Sitzgelegenheiten zum Essen oder zum gemütlichen Sitzen im Grünen. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt und können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeberin Mme Vareille!

Alles super!

Das Ferienhaus war sehr interessant und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr unkompliziert. Die Küche war komplett eingerichtet und alles in ausreichendem Umfang vorhanden. Absolut zum Weiterempfehlen.

Urlaub auf Corsika

Wir als Familie mit drei Kindern haben eine schöne Zeit in dem schönen Haus gehabt! Um uns herum waren wenige Häuser noch bewohnt ( Ende September )daher alles sehr ruhig und entspannt! Kurzer Weg zum Meer, Bäckerei und Lebensmittel Geschäft um die Ecke! Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Perfektes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und wirklich schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Überhaupt fehlt es an nichts in dem Haus. Es gibt bequeme Betten. Die Terrasse ist mit unterschiedlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt nur ein paar Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Einziger Minuspunkt sind die vielen Regeln am Pool, durch welche man sich mit Kindern nicht wirklich willkommen fühlt. Hat aber nichts mit dem Haus oder der Vermieterin zu tun. Wir haben einfach den Strand genutzt.

Merveilleux

Wir waren zu fünft 2 Wochen in Prunete. Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön eingerichtet und liegt ideal für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Die Kinder haben im Obergeschoss ein eigenes Reich mit separater chill-out-Area. Rund um Cervione gibt es viele Wandermöglichkeiten für kurze oder längere Touren. Der nah am Haus liegende Strand hat uns alle begeistert, hier kann man weit ins Meer gehen ohne dass es tief wird. Celine ist ein wunderbarer Host und wir waren sehr traurig diese Paradies wieder verlassen zu müssen.

Super geeignet für Urlaub mit der Familie

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, gut ausgestattet, nette Gastgeber. Tolle Lage ca. 5 min vom Strand. Direkt vor dem Haus ist das Restaurant Campo Mare mit sehr gutem Restaurant und nebenan befindet sich ein campingplatz mit großem Spielplatz direkt hinter dem Strand. Das einzige was etwas störend war, war die laute animation vom benachbartem Campingplatz. Alles in allem aber perfekt für Familien - absolute empfehlung.

Zwei Wochen Erholung

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Wir haben uns wunderbar erholt, die Nähe zum Strand ist unschlagbar, selten ein so sauberes Ferienhaus gesehen, auch die Textilien und Betten waren voll in Ordnung. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Garten ist für Großstädter wir uns ein Traum. Celine ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar.

Tolles Ferienhaus!

Wir haben Ende Mai mit unseren beiden kleinen Kindern zwei Wochen in Célines Haus verbracht. Das Haus hat alles, was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht. Die Ausstattung ist super und es ist sehr sauber. Der Garten und die Nähe zum Meer mit dem schönen Spielplatz waren für uns perfekt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Rien à redire ...

Très belle maison au calme, belle décoration et très bien équipée. Proche de la mer, idéale pour des vacances en famille. Accueil irréprochable avec cadeau de bienvenu. On se sent tout de suite comme chez soi, les grands comme les petits. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Schönes Ferienhaus, strandnah und komfortabel!

Wir haben eine Woche (Mitte Oktober) in dem sauberen, schön eingerichteten Haus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zwei Badezimmer und eine Dusche draußen (für sandige Füße vom Strand) sind vorhanden. Insgesamt haben wir rein gar nichts vermisst. Im Gegenteil: es standen sogar ein paar korsische Spezialitäten als Willkommensgeschenk bereit! Der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin war sehr unkompliziert und nett. Jegliche Fragen wurden (sogar auf englisch) beantwortet. Innerhalb weniger Gehminuten erreicht man den Strand, der zu dieser Jahreszeit total leer ist. Das, und das noch schöne Wetter (meistens ca 20 Grad) haben wir genossen! Ein Bäcker sowie ein Supermarkt sind ebenfalls fussläufig erreichbar (ca. 10 Min.) Die Gegend ist sehr schön. Man ist nicht nur schnell am Strand, sondern auch in den Bergen, wo man wunderbar wandern kann. Beispielsweise gibt es einen schönen Wasserfall zu entdecken. Für Kinder ist auch die nahe gelegene Eselfarm (la ferme aux Anes) sehr schön, wo man auf den Tieren reiten kann. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Ort- wir möchten gerne wiederkommen!!

Schöner Platz zu Erholung

Sehr schönes Feriendomizil

Wir haben den Urlaub in Prunete in Celines Haus als Familie sehr genossen! Das Haus war ideal für uns und unsere kleine Enkeltochter mit 2 Jahren. Für sie gab es sogar einen extra Spielbereich im Haus mit tollen Spielsachen... . Das Haus selber ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, so dass wir uns auch von der Seite sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Der Weg zum sehr schönen Strand betrug nur ca. 5 min, so dass wir fast jeden Tag dort das Meer geniessen konnten. In ähnlicher Entfernung gab es einen schönen Pool, der sowohl zum Schwimmen für uns Erwachsene als auch für unsere Enkelin gut geeignet war. Alles in allem haben wir den Aufenthalt SEHR genossen. Vielleicht einzige kleine Anmerkung: Von ca. 20.00 bis 22.00 uhr spielt auf dem Campingplatz nebenan eine Band zur Unterhaltung für die Campingbewohner. Aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man das nicht und unser Enkelkind konnte gut schlafen.

Everything, yes , everything was absolutely perfect, the house is better than the pictures show it, the proximity to the beach is less than 3 mins, Celine a wonderful host, the local area with bars and restaurants is a dream.. words can‘t say how good it was..

Wohlfühlhaus

Sehr schönes kleines Häuschen, nah am Strand. Die Vermieter Matthieu und Celine sind sehr nett, ein herzlicher Empfang mit einem Willkommenspaket. Alles war sehr unkompliziert. Die Küche, wie das gesamte Haus sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In dieser Jahreszeit auch sehr ruhig.

Superbe séjour

L'accueil reçu était très chaleureux, on s'est tout de suite senti les bienvenus ! La maison est parfaite, joliment aménagée, calme, le jardin est agréable. La piscine de la résidence est très bien entretenue et la plage est à deux pas. En un mot, on a passé une semaine idéale et je ne peux que recommander un séjour dans "la maison de la mer" ! ;-)

Toller Aufenthalt alles genau wie beschrieben

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Objekt war genau wie beschrieben und ist wirklich liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir wurden von Céline empfangen und es wurde uns alles genau erklärt. Wir haben ein nettes Willkommensgeschenk bekommen. Eine Mappe mit Tipps und Beschreibungen ist ebenfalls da. Céline war immer zu erreichen und hat uns noch wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Die Nähe zum Meer, Pool, Tennis super und toll. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder nehmen. Vielen Dank für alles Céline

Très bon séjour et très bon accueil

Nous avons été très bien accueilli avec un petit cadeau de bienvenu très sympathique. La maison est très agréable et très bien équipé. Accès plage, piscine et tennis tout de suite à proximité. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Parfait pour des vacances reposantes en famille. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil.

Tolle Lage und Ausstattung

Sehr schönes Haus mit toller Lage zum Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kommunikation im Vorfeld der Reise sowie Betreuung vor Ort mit Celine ausgezeichnet ! Ausstattung hält was sie verspricht. Toller Garten mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten. Wir als Familie haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt!
