Charming lakeside home just steps away from Lake Erie! Come to the beach! Feel the fresh air and lake breeze! Home is fully equipped. The renovated kitchen has stove/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, dishwasher, silverware, cookware, dishes. Dining seats six. Living room has hi-speed wifi, cable, flatscreen, and view of Lake Erie. BR1: king sleep number bed and lake view. BR2: 2 twin beds and lake view. BR3: king bed. Towels, linens, pillows provided. Iron and hairdryer. Washer and dryer in basement. Heat and A/C.

With the shoreline right across the street, the home offers lake views and lake breezes. Eight houses down, the marina offers a public beach, fishing pier, walking trail, and marina. There is a public boat launch there or you can rent a boat or jetski. There are some small shops and a restaurant/bar in the marina's main building and ice cream, snacks, and bait available in the snack shop. At the end of the street, there is a riverfront park with a children's play area and wharf for walking or fishing.

Beach, boat launch, boat and jetski rental, fishing pier, walking trail are all approximately eight houses down at the marina.

Lighthouse tour, river tour, kayak rental, Rockin on the River, bars/restaurants, post office, grocery, police station are all two blocks away across the bridge.

Wineries, shopping, antiquing, horseback riding, golf, tennis courts, walking trails, University Hospitals Elyria Medical Center, Cleveland Clinic Avon, Cleveland Clinic Lorain, and Oberlin College are all within 15 - 20 minutes.

Cedar Point, Lake Erie Islands, Kalahari, Great Wolf Lodge, Castaway Bay, African Safari are all 45 min west.

Rock Hall, "The Q" Arena, zoo, casino, Guardians baseball, Cavs basketball, Browns football, Science Museum, Art Museum, Botanical Garden, Cleveland Clinic Main Campus, University Hospitals Main Campus, Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland State University are all 45 minutes east.
