Beautiful area, great rental!

The home was the ideal size for 5 of us and the location was perfect. Quick walk to the beautiful beach and we enjoyed relaxing on the deck where we could see the marsh. Can’t wait to return!

Family Memories

The cottage is spacious, the yard is very nice, and the parking is great. The host is welcoming and makes sure that guests are well taken care of. The only concern we have is the limited access to Moody Beach which is a change from the past.

Moody Beach Getaway

We were very pleased with everything about Flipflop rentals. Shelli was very responsive to any posts. The unit is clean and updated. Right across the street from Moody Beach with a right of way a short walk on a quiet street. We would come back to this unit that was dog friendly with a nice/large, grassed lawn with picnic tables and a grill. Wells Lobster Pound is right around the corner with several other nice restaurants close by. Thanks for sharing your place with us.
