Fully renovated 3 bdm, 2.5 bath condo with frontage on Lake Charlevoix. Jump in the lake. Walk to town and our wonderful farmers market. Hike at Avalanche Mountain or Young State Park. The home is on the bike trail. A short drive to Petoskey and Charlevoix.
Grocery store (family fare) 1/4 mile away. More upscale markets in town.

One of two condos in the duplex. Unit comes fully stocked with all you'll need for your Winter stay “up-north”.
Tastefully decorated, you will find ample sleeping with two queen beds, two full beds and 1 twin. Family room “nook” offers an additional queen size futon that can be used for sleeping.
Amenities include full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, new stove and refrigerator as well as WiFi internet, flat screen TV, and full size washer and dryer. Gas barbecue grill available. Parking for 2 vehicles.
Note: This is a 2 unit condominium building. We own and live in the west side unit. The east side unit is the rental. We care very much about respecting the privacy of our guests.
