In Boyne City. Winter activities await! 10 minutes from Boyne Mountain. 5 minutes from Avalanche Mountain (sledding, skating, snowshoeing, hiking). 5 minutes from Young State Park (snowshoeing, cross country skiing, hiking). 5 minutes from town. 20 minutes from what Petoskey and Charlevoix have to offer!

Fully renovated 3 bdm, 2.5 bath condo with frontage on Lake Charlevoix.

Grocery store (Family Fare) 1/4 mile away. More upscale markets in town.

One of two condos in the duplex. Unit comes fully stocked with all you'll need for your Winter stay “up-north”.

Tastefully decorated, you will find ample sleeping with two queen beds, two full beds and 1 twin. Family room “nook” offers an additional queen size futon that can be used for sleeping.

Amenities include newly installed gas fireplace, full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove and refrigerator as well as WiFi internet, flat screen TV, and full size washer and dryer. Parking for 2-3 vehicles.

Note: This is a 2 unit condominium building. We own and live in the west side unit. The east side unit is the rental. We care very much about respecting the privacy of our guests.

We enjoyed our fall stay here. Very clean! Felt fresh and home was well appointed. Sheets and beds were comfortable. Great supply of nice quality bath towels. (It’s the little things ) Cozy gas fire place. Close to all the fun cities up North. Owners were quick to respond to questions.Great view of the lake. Nice to visit on a quiet weekend.

Family weekend

Our family had a wonderful stay. The house was spacious and easily fit 10 adults, plenty of room indoors for the family to sit and hangout, and the access to the outdoor dock and water was our favorite part. The 1 mile walk to downtown boyne was easy quick and easy. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful view, roomy, and fun times skiing.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home while taking my family skiing. It has a beautiful view of the lake. My family said it’s been one of their favorite places that we’ve stayed. Looking forward to renting again in the future.

Perfect for ski weekend

We stayed 3 nights during our Boyne Mountain Ski trip. Great location in Boyne City with view of the water. Convenient to downtown and grocery store. House was very clean and cozy. Looks like things have been recently updated and place is very well cared for.

Fantastic Lake House

Super well furnished condo, lots of lake activities just steps out the door, and very very friendly owner just next door. Helpful and well organized, got us information on current 4th of July events, was able to provide the rare kitchen ingredient that we didn’t have or neglected to get at the store. Kitchen very very well stocked. Bedrooms all very clean and neat, and the bathrooms great too. We had a fabulous Fourth of July and would absolutely book the place again!

Boyne City Getaway

Very nice property, extremely well stocked, responsive host, great view, nice deck and fire pit by the dock, great dining in the area and lots of water activities. My only recommendation would be for the host to add privacy on the deck attached to the unit. The other attached unit is owner occupied.

Perfect place

This home is spacious, with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture, and everything you need at your fingertips from nightlight to flashlight. Hooks everywhere you need them, and an easy keyless door lock. The view is better than the online photos. It's so close to Young State Park, a bike path, hiking up Avalanche and Boyne City for dining and pubs. Loved being able to try the paddleboards! The deck is spacious, and you also have a firepit deck and a swim dock! On a quiet street of pretty houses. A perfect family vacation spot. The owners are helpful and on site as they live on the other side of this duplex. They were obviously very thoughtful in the design, decorating and outfitting their rental. Thanks Andi!

Fantastic space and location!

We just got home from a fabulous week in Boyne City! The location was wonderful, the condo was perfect for us, and the lake was beautiful. Our group had 4 adults and 4 kids, and we still had space for more. The condo was cozy and well-equipped - you can tell a lot of thought went into making sure guests have everything they need. We had a great time relaxing in the family room futon "nook" (we seriously loved this cozy spot!), swimming in the lake, and playing on the aqua lily pad and paddle board (which were provided!). We enjoyed downtown Boyne City, which is just a couple minutes from the condo. We also checked out Avalanche Preserve, Boyne Mountain Resort, Petosky, Charlevoix, and Walloon Lake, and we took a day trip to Mackinac Island. Oh, and the Lavendar Hill Farm is lovely and is definitely worth a visit (it's only 10-15 minutes away). The bottom line - this condo is perfect for just chilling and enjoying the beautiful lake and Boyne City, but it's also centrally located, making it super easy to explore if you want to. Highly recommend!!

We had a great time during our stay. The condo is conveniently located to town and Boyne Mountain. The view of the lake is beautiful. The entire place is well appointed, clean and comfortable. Andi was fantastic to work with and very communicative. We can’t wait to be back!

Beautiful home!! Very spacious! Stocked with everything you need for a getaway. They even had condiments in the refrigerator and some basic spices and other things needed for cooking. Most places do not have of that. The beds were extremely comfortable, so much so that my son said he wanted to take it home because he woke up not even knowing where he was….that’s how good he slept. Will definitely rent again if coming to ski Boyne.
