✔ Cooling : We have no central AC, only PORTABLE AC, Mini splits, and ceiling fans.
✔ Environment: While we regularly conduct pest control measures, being in a natural environment, occasional bugs may still be present.
✔ Our home sits right on beautiful Susan Lake, next to a serene nature preserve — you might even spot deer strolling by!

✦ GUEST ACCESS ✦
✔ Check-in process is completely contactless and guest will receive an access code a few days prior to their arrival.
✔ Guests will have private access to entire home and amenities to enjoy while on vacation
✔ Free parking onsite as well as garage parking that can fit one vehicle

✔ Please watch children closely — this is a wildlife area and lakefront property.
✔ Do not feed the wildlife.
✔ Cooling is provided by portable AC units + 3 mini-splits.
✔ Waterfront Safety: Supervise kids near the lake
✔ No motorized boats allowed
Water fun is at your own risk — life jackets recommended!

✔No extra guests unless approved in advance
✔No prowling or loitering on the lawn.
✔No smoking inside (dispose of cigarette butts properly).
✔Please do not park in neighboring driveways. Parking is limited to 3–4 vehicles depending on size.
✔No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed without host approval. Any violation of this rule will result in a $5,000 fine.
✔Please supervise fire pit & turn off propane after use.
✔Please treat towels, comforters & sheets with care (damaged linens affect deposit).
✔Please do not tamper with TV wiring ($75 maintenance fee if cables are moved).
