COME TO THE ISLAND TO RELAX SOAK UP THE SUNSHINE This Multi-Level Unit with all new kitchen appliances and fully stocked kitchen is located in the heart of St. George Island so you can stroll to near by restaurants, shops, and lighthouse. The balconies overlook the pool and beach where you can watch the dolphins swim by. This fully furnished townhome is nicely decorated and very homey. Updated living room furniture with electric buttons for reclining on right side of seats. 2 full baths, a washer/dryer, full size kitchen (well stocked), Lrg. screen TV and one mounted in Master Bedroom. The grounds are beautifully maintained with a fish cleaning station and lighted boardwalks.
The island offers water sport rentals, bicycle rentals and path, fishing in the bay, gulf or by charter boat, shopping, art galleries and antique shops. Nearby, Apalachicola has fun and trendy shops, restaurants serving local fresh oysters, shrimp and fish, and museums to explore or take a day trip by boat to nearby St. Vincent Nature Preserve.

A luxurious home in a fun and relaxing setting. Please note as you enter the villa there are 12 steps up to the main living room and then 12 more leading to the bedrooms. PLEASE NOTE SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY SPRING/SUMMER. No less than 7 days during high season please! Off season minimum 5 night stay available!

Wonderful property with great views

First time visit to SGI. Family of 4, we had a great time exploring the island and nearby cities. Property was exactly as details and reviews stated. Really appreciated the close beach access and the view over the pool out to gulf. Property manager Jenny is wonderful, had great suggestions, and super responsive.

Looking for a relaxing no stress weekend & this definitely fit the bill. The beach & pool were just what we wanted and the short walks to restaurants and stores were perfect. Thinking about the coffee on the veranda watching the dolphins makes me want to head back!

This is my fourth year visiting St. George and the first time staying here. We will definitely return to this property. The condo was in the perfect location and everything was spotless. Everything was in excellent condition, the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. Loved the views from the two balconies. The villas have a great pool area. Check in and check out was a breeze. Jenny, the property manager, was always available to answer questions and made the trip very easy. We look forward to going back in 2026.

It was a delightful trip and space! Most of the crowds were gone at this time in August and it was quiet the beach was very pleasant. The view of the beach is nice!! Our host was the best- very friendly and helpful about the condo and surrounding area. Reminder that there are immediate steps up to the main space and both bathrooms are on the 3rd floor with the bedrooms. I had everything I needed to cook a few basic meals.Bring your own beach chairs and umbrella to the short walk to the beach. Pool looked great but we didn’t get in.

The condo was in a great location and has a really nice ocean view. Bathrooms only on the 3rd floor, which is a little bit of a pain, but overall a nice little condo.

A perfect hideaway

If you’re looking for a quiet island escape, this place is for you! This is the sleepiest little island we’ve ever visited which is exactly what we wanted. The location of this unit is right in the middle of two other buildings with a picturesque view of the pool and ocean. Every day we saw upwards of 15 dolphins right in the ocean in front of our room and one day a manatee even swam to the sandbar. The unit is stocked with everything you may need. Communication with the host was exceptional. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back. It was clean and very comfortable.

This was a perfect location on a beautiful and quiet island! We loved it! The villa was comfortable and nice and had a few extra touches that others seemed not to have. The owner was very friendly and made sure to check in on us to see that things were all good. I would highly recommend!

We like to be very close to the beach, have a beach view from our balcony and also have a nice pool to swim in. This place hit all 3 of those likes. It was a very relaxing and peaceful week. Plus, Jennifer was always available and helpful!

It could not have been better! It was our first visit to Apalachicola, we overlooked the pool AND the beach access gate, we were steps from restaurants and shopping, had ALL the comforts of home, and Ms. Turner was VERY considerate and responsive!! We've already "blocked out" a return visit based on THIS trip!

Great location and views of ocean

We enjoyed the beauty and laid back vibes of St. George Island. This condo complex is small and very well maintained and is in a great location to walk to the handful of restaurants and stores. The condo itself is a bit outdated, but still comfortable, as long as you don't mind the stairs up to the bathrooms. Beach chairs and box fan need replacing. Both barely function. No coffee filters or any kind of food wrap provided and only minimal toilet paper (we ran out in 1 bathroom). None of this is a deal breaker, but a very small investment from the owner would make a big difference to the overall experience.

Escape to the Gulf

The Beach Front was perfect for our needs. Great views of the gulf from the kitchen/ and living room, as well as from the master bedroom. Comfy living room furniture and well-lit for readers like us. The balconies included very nice furniture. A couple lights were out that we couldn't replace and Jennifer, the manager, saw to this being addressed right away. The beach is beautiful here and you can walk for miles and miles. The Beach Front was everything we needed for a great week's stay. Thumbs up on this VRBO!

Bath on third floor was a bit annoying. Didn't realize all the bathrooms were upstairs. Will stay at villas again, but on a ground floor unit. We left it cleaner than we found it. Actually found 10 flexeril pills under the couch.
