Villa Maria Assumpta (www. Corsica-home. Com) is a lovely family home overlooking the sea and Thyrénéene the eastern plain
Old detached house ideally located in the heart of Corsica in Piediquarcio, hamlet in the town of Ventiseri on the heights between Ghisonaccia Solenzara
This quaint and cozy accommodation, recently renovated will seduce you with its view of the valley and the sea, comfort and calm.
Its location allows guests to enjoy the exceptional diversity of landscapes and environments, nearby beaches, the river and the mountains.

It can accommodate up to 6 people.

With extensive fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed,

A modern and functional bathroom with walk-in shower.

Upstairs, two bedrooms overlooking a large balcony, where you can enjoy beautiful sunrises on the sea,

one with a double bed, the other with a sleeping up to 4 single beds.

And back, the house has a quiet terrace where you can have a barbecue, eat and make lounger.

Wonderful old house

The renovated old house with a large terrace and a great view towards the sea and the lowlands is beautifully situated on a large plot. The living room is cozy. The kitchen is functionally furnished. The two bedrooms on the upper floor are very large and have a shared balcony. The bathroom is accessible as an annex via the staircase. Except for mosquito nets in front of the windows, nothing was missing. The house is located about ~20 minutes by car from the beach. It is so remote that you can watch wild boars and other animals in the evening at dusk. If you like peace and nature and are looking for a little more space and comfort on vacation, this is the place for you. We have enjoyed our stay and would like to come again.

Geräumiges Haus mit tollem Ausblick

Das Haus liegt ca. 15 Autominuten vom Strand entfernt in den Bergen mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf das Küstengebiet und das Meer und dem Duft der Macchia. Es ist so abgelegen, dass man abends in der Dämmerung Wildschweine beobachten kann (da ist man dann doch froh über den Zaun). Trotzdem liegen einige schöne Strände, Flüsse und Wanderrouten in gut erreichbarer Nähe, ebenso Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Was uns sehr positiv überrascht hat, war die Ursprünglichkeit Korsikas, Ende Juni/Anfang Juli hatten wir nirgendwo Schwierigkeiten, einen Parkplatz zu finden, die Strände waren für diese Jahreszeit erstaunlich leer, man hat viele abgelegene Stellen finden können. Das Haus bietet viel Platz, ist geschmackvoll und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Im Aussenbereich gibt es 2 Terrassen und einen großen Balkon, sodass man wahlweise immer im Schatten oder in der Sonne sitzen kann. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, was mit Kindern und Hund sehr praktisch ist. Der Vermieter sowie sein in der Nachbarschaft lebender Freund waren jederzeit ansprechbar und in Bezug auf Check-in/Check-out-Zeiten sehr entgegenkommend, was für uns sehr entlastend war, da wir die Nachtfähre genommen haben und mit Kindern und Hund unterwegs waren. Wer die Ruhe und die Natur mag und im Urlaub etwas mehr Platz und Komfort sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir haben selten einen so schönen und erholsamen Urlaub gehabt! Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Très belle maison Corse , bien rénovée , bien équipée. Environnement très calme avec une vue exceptionnelle . Merci à Franck pour sa disponibilité et sa réactivité . Traumausblick mit Charme

Hier stimmt rundherum alles. Das umzäunte Grundstück hält Kind und Kegel in der Nähe der Unterkunft. Der großzügige Parkplatz sorgt für ein kühles Kfz und der Blick von Terrasse und Balkon auf Berge, Meer und Vorland verleitet dazu, das kleine Paradies nicht zu verlassen. Die großzügige Küche bietet alles was man für den Genuss von korsischen Spezialitäten benötigt. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer lassen ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Hier sind für die wärmeren Tage auch an solche Dinge wie Fliegengitter, Ventilator und Fensterläden gedacht. Der vorgelagerte Balkon führt zur Qual der Wahl sich hier oder auf der Terrasse an den ungestörten Sonnenaufgängen umrahmt von allen Gerüchen der korsischen Macchia zu erfreuen. Besonders hervor zu heben ist das modern ausgestattete Badezimmer. Abschließend sei die direkte Umgebung mit absoluter Naturidylle und höchstmöglichen Ruhefaktor zu erwähnen. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Typisches Steinhaus mit wunderbarem Blick auf die Landschaft und das Meer

Das Haus ist wundervoll gelegen, ruhig mit einem tollen Ausblick auf die Landschaft. Das Bad ist sehr schön, die Küche groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer haben den wunderschönen Balkon mit der tollen Aussicht. Auf dem Grundstück hat man keine typische Bepflanzung oder Garten. Das würde das Grundstück mit dem schönen Haus noch mehr aufwerten.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen, wir hatten einen schönen, erholsamen Urlaub mit gutem Ausgangspunkt zu Strand und Bergen. Die Lage ist ruhig und abgeschieden. Schöner Blick in richtung Küste und Meer. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Lediglich zum Einkauf und zum nächsten frischen Baguette ist es recht weit über eine kurvenreiche einspurige Strasse. Wir haben das aber für das schöne Haus gern in Kauf genommen. Danke

Maison de caractère, très bien aménagée, il y a tout ce qu'il faut ! De plus la décoration est réalisée avec gout, et de manière sobre. L'endroit nous a beaucoup plus, très, très calme, avec une vue superbe sur la plaine et la mer ! Nous venons d'ors et déjà de donner l'adresse a des amis !!! A faire partager absolument !!! Sehr schönes Haus, ruhig gelegen

Sehr schön renoviertes Bauernhaus. Es liegt zwar nahe an der Strasse, aber am Tag fahren 5 Autos. Absolut ruhige Lage. Sehr schöner Blick über die Ebene bis zum Meer. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen für 1 Woche im Haus und hatten eine sehr gute Zeit.
