Access to the beach and the GR34 at the end of the garden! 6 bedrooms: 4 double bedrooms (bedding 160/200) on the ground floor with bathroom (shower or bath) and toilet each, including 3 with a sea view. 1 bedroom loft with 1 double bed (140/190) and 1 large bedroom with 2 single beds (90/190) upstairs. Spa (Jacuzzi) heated all year and secure for children. Living room sea view of 50m2 including living room fireplace (wood included in the price) with plasma tv and dining room. Kitchen and scullery equipped with oven, microwave, ceramic hob, 2 fridges with freezer, dishwasher, 2 washing machines, 2 tumble dryers, coffee makers (1 Nespresso and 1 collective), toaster, kettle, ...
2 baby beds, 1 high chair, 1 changing table, 1 pot of cleanliness, 2 booster seats to access the washbasins.
