Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays now through December 31, 2026. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.
Amenities: Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler. Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex. Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom. Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment. No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free. Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed. Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools. Hot Tub: Two community hot tubs. Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite. Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout. BBQ: BBQ Grill on the lanai. Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit. Cable TV: Yes. TV's located in Living Room, Master Bedroom and downstairs Guest Bedroom and upstairs loft area. The upstairs Guest Bedroom does not have a TV WIFI: WIFI included. Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided. Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.

The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas. All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Everything was excellent, we would definitely stay again! The pool and hot tub were very nice and we could walk to everything we needed including the beach. Highly recommend!
Great house! Loved the pool passes to Hilton and the in unit pool. Great location. Great beach toys for kids. Could have used a few more things in the house like cooking items, more plastic cups, cookies, and plastic baggies - that my only thing I would change.
We loved our stay at this condo. It worked perfectly for our family. The addition of the Hilton pass was such a bonus for us and having chairs and a large cooler for our days at the beach was great.
We love this location. We always stay in these condos because they are well maintained, have their own pools, and are the perfect location. So many shops and restaurants nearby and pretty close to several beaches.
Townhouse was wonderful. Great location, clean and close to shops and A Bay. We had a 97-year-old and there is a bedroom on the main level. We all thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
Property was exactly what we needed for this quick 4 day trip to Hawaii for a family function. Would seriously consider this property for a longer stay.

beautifully landscaped resort with great condos for family reunions and get aways....our family loved the location being able to walk to shopping and coffee and restaurants. Wonderfully located near the ocean and fabulous swimming pools..

The place had a safe yard for the kids to play. The kitchen was beautiful! Pool in site. The staff were responsive and friendly. This was a really great place to stay!
We had a wonderful time at the Waikoloa Beach Villas. The condo was spacious and had room for everyone. Kitchen was well-appointed. We used the Hilton pool but loved having the on-site pools for a quick and easy activity. We could walk to Queen's Shops and King's Shops. Staff was very helpful.

Great Location, Pool Pass is Worth the Cost of Admission
Overall our experience at the Waikoloa Beach Villas was great. The condo was clean and well appointed with towels, linens, kitchen accessories, and even beach towels.
The Pool Pass is an excellent added value. Access to the Hilton pools cost $100 per adult, so depending on the size of your party this could be saving you up to $600 (max 6 guests on the pool pass).
Communication with the staff was amazing and they even accommodated us with a 2-hour early check in.

Great location next to shops and beach. Overall nice stay. The unit could use a little TLC. Realize the time frame from check in to check out can be a bit hectic. As a result the cleaning of the unit could be improved.
Our group of 8, 6 adults and 2 teens, enjoyed the use of this property including the Hilton pool passes. Elderly grandparents appreciated the ground floor bedroom. Very convenient to Queens Market and A Bay Beach. Well stocked with beach supplies and golf clubs. Good communication with property managers. Mahalo!

We rented this property for a family vacation - 2 parents and 5 teens. The listing indicated that it sleeps 8, although we used the pull out couch and the living room couch as beds. We had a roof leak (from a heavy rain) in the upstairs guest bedroom that the on-site maintenance responded to, but otherwise no other assistance was needed. The living areas were great and the location was perfect. A short drive to the beach and also to the Hilton pools (thank you for the Hilton pool passes - our kids loved it). The on-site pool was also perfect. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay and we’ll consider returning in the future. Aloha!

We have stayed at the Beach Villas many times and have been extremely pleased with the accommodations. This time we were disappointed, mainly by the worn condition of unit. It may seem like small things, but because we were paying a premium price, we expected better. The green paint on the bar was chipped, the coffee pot didn't work, the vertical blinds were bent and difficult to open, an upstairs blind was broken, the dishwasher did not work correctly and some of the towels were stained. There were other small things that told us it had been neglected. Resortica was very responsive and took care of some of the items, but it did detract from our overall experience. We thought there might be some renumeration for our inconvenience but nothing has been forthcoming.
We had a great stay! The property is in a very convenient location. It was clean and the pictures are an accurate representation of the unit. The Hilton passes are a great bonus. Management was super responsive to the couple of minor issues that arose. My only suggestions would be a box of tissues and brining your own shampoo and conditioner if you have thick or curly hair as the product provided was insufficient for post swimming tangles. The garage had beach chairs, a cooler, a beach umbrella, and a couple of small scooters for kiddos. All super helpful. I would stay here again with my family without hesitation.

Since getting off the Island with 5 children is extremely expensive, this location was great for having a vacation without having to leave. Right there with shopping and just down the street from the Hilton, where we spent almost our whole day with the kids having fun in the included amenities that come with the rental. We had a great time!
