I’m going to keep coming back to Waikoloa Fairway Villas

I love Waikaloa Fairway Villas We stayed here at least 5 times in both 2 bedroom and three bedroom condos. Great location. Nice grounds. Comfortable, clean, spacious and convenient.

Perfect Family Hawaiian Condo

The Condo, with its two bedrooms and a loft with two twin beds, was perfect for our family of five. The Condo had a well stocked kitchen, beach towels and other beach items, washer/dryer ...just about everything to make the vacation more enjoyable. The location was very convenient for both the Queen's and King Market being an easy walk. We enjoyed the pool (perfect temperature) and hot tub (very hot). There was also a smaller beach that was a bit further away, but still within walking distance, and where we saw some sea turtles. We would stay here again.

Awesome place

Great unit in a wonderful area. walking distance to many shops/restaurants. Well maintained, kids loved the loft accessible by the spiral stairs. Great pool and amenities. Only comment would be the place seems to be cleaned out from previous renters (intentionally I presume) so you don't have the typical staples that you would usually find and have to buy everything. Oil, salt, sugar, ketchup etc.

Fairway Villas N32

This condo was perfect for us. Our group consisted of me (age 72), my stepson, his girlfriend and her two teenage daughters ages 16 and 18…quite a diverse group. The sleeping accommodations were perfect for our group. We had three separated and private sleep areas. This unit had an excellent location within walking distance of stores and services. This unit was well-stocked with games, books and beach equipment. A great unit for a group of 5 or 6!

Family Vacation

It was beautiful, very well-appointed and equipped with towels, snorkel equipment and beach umbrellas. My only complaint is that there were cobwebs and dust bunnies in the loft bedroom. I called and requested it be cleaned and no one returned my call. Otherwise, I was very impressed with the unit and will gladly return.

Family get together and visitation with our children who live on the island

I have been staying in the area for nine years and I loved the location of N 32. I loved the upstairs. It was more private than the other one I stayed at that had the extra twin beds for children to sleep in. The lanai literally had the best chairs. They are like a rattan La-Z-Boy and at times we were so relaxed. We fell asleep. We actually looked them up and found them at Costco‘s and we’re going to order them for our own homes. That’s how much we enjoyed those chairs and the view is outstanding. We could get pictures of the sunset every night. What beautiful pictures we Have And to look across at the queens all the shops with the lights at night reflecting on the pond. The beds are so comfortable. We slept so good even with the six hour time difference. The master suite had a really nice shower and I love the dressing room room with the closet it was a perfect day and I thank you so much for sharing your wonderful villa.

The property is a good size and is close to restaurants, shopping and golf. The second bedroom was hot at night but the property manager brought an extra fan and it did the trick!

The property is first class and exceeded our expectations. It is fully outfitted with many extras.

This condo was perfect for us as a family of five. We have a daughter 21, son 16 and daughter 12. This was our first time to the Big Island and we found this to be a very good central location for everything we did.
