Flower Patch Cottage Cozy& Family friendly Hot tub! 5bedroom & 4 bath

Relax and rejuvenate in this cozy home. This newly renovated house is modern and yet peaceful in its simplicity.
This large house spans 3 floors & boasts 5 bedrooms & 4 baths. 2 bedrooms, each with a private bath, on the main floor and 2 bedrooms with a shared bath on the second floor & one bedroom & bath on the lower level. The Master Bed/Bathroom has a queen bed, a full bath with walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom/bathroom on the first floor has a queen bed and a full bathroom with a shower/tub. on the 2nd floor both bedrooms have one queen bed with memory foam mattress toppers. The bathroom has a shower stall plus toilet and vanity. The 5th bedroom is on the lower level & boasts 2 queen beds. The large bath has a tub/shower. Towels, handtowels, & washcloths as well as body soap, shampoo, & conditioner are stocked in every bathroom.
The kitchen on the first floor comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, microwave, blender, toaster, a traditional coffee maker plus a Breville espresso machine for your use in addition to pots, pans, dishes, glasses and silverware.

The living room and dining room are on the main floor. The dining suite has a table and chairs in front of a large bay window with a view of the nearby Amish farm. There are 2 Lifetime tables & extra folding chairs in the house for more dining space.

Guests will enjoy the new sectional couch, recliner, and rocker in the living room suite. To encourage a more family-oriented environment, the Flower Patch Cottage does not have any TVs. We appreciate the value of quality family time, so the cottage is stocked with beloved classic board games like Scrabble, Chutes and Ladders, and Candyland as well as other toys to keep young ones entertained. Flower Patch Cottage also has a Pack ‘n Play, an umbrella stroller, and a wooden high chair (the high chair is a 3 in 1 (high chair, rocking horse, & child's desk)) handy for new parents, as well.
There is also a washer and dryer in the laundry room for your use. Melaleuca Detergent, fabric softner & dryer sheets are supplied. (When using the washer please put your detegent into the washer before adding the clothes.)
Our lowel level is newly renovated & is the perfect space for children & adults to unwind & relax. A comfy sectional couch adds more relaxing space. Here is also the kid's dream with lots of toys, a kitchen set & table and chairs. Books & board games are found in the cupboard.

Our outdoor space is a dream come true, and we are so happy to be able to offer such a wonderful space for our guests to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The firepit is for you to use and we hope you will enjoy it (firewood provided). When finished, please be sure the fire is out and the lid is back on top. Please avoid using water to put out the fire. Water on the inside of the firepit will cause the liner to rust and eventually lead to decay. The patio has plenty of seating, a picnic table, and a gas grill (propane is provided). Plus the backyard is perfect for games or for those with youngsters bouncing with extra energy! :) You will find a bin of balls in the entry for outdoor games.
