About this property

Traditional house on 1500 m2 between Ocean and Mountains (classified village)

This new house is located in Ainhoa, in a classified and picturesque village. It is ideal for families close to nature. Many hikes start near the house.

On the ground floor, for rent apartment of 3/4 bright rooms:
- entry (and closed garden of 1500m2 surrounding the house),
- living / dining room, with a table for 6 people, with bay window overlooking terrace with views of the village and the mountains,
- an equipped American kitchen (electro-household, induction plate, microwave) with sliding window,
- 1 bedroom with a 160 cm double bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 washbasins and separate toilet.

The living room sofa is convertible (sleeps 2 people).
TV and internet access. The terrace is equipped (table 6 people, 6 chairs, 2 sunbathing and parasol ..)
Garage and exterior location for several vehicles.
The floor of the house is not inhabited.

Nice house, well exposed, surrounded by greenery, close to Spain (3 km), 20 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from the lake.
From the house Haizean, San Sebastian (ES) is located 56 km, Biarritz / Bayonne / St. Jean de Luz) 20 km, Espelette 5 km.

Belle découverte du pays basque

Belle découverte du pays basque. Ainhoa est un joli village. Espelette est à faire absolument et St Jean de Pied de Port est magnifique. St Jean de Luz et sa belle plage, à ne pas manquer. Nous avons vraiment apprécé notre séjour dans cette belle location avec tout le confort. Une vue que nous n’oublierons pas. Nous recommandons.

Schönes Fleckchen mit Blick auf Ainhoa

Das Haus ist sauber und funktionell eingerichtet. Es liegt etwas außerhalb des Ortes, ist sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet abends einen schönen Blick auf Ainhoa. Leider konnten wir wegen des vielen Regens die Terrasse mit dem schönen Ausblick nur selten genießen.

Des paysages verdoyants à couper le souffle. Superbe région... Ainhoa, Espelette, La Rhune, Saint Jean Pied de Port, Biarritz. ..... et à ne pas rater, la randonnée tres facile au Pas de Roland.... Gite au calme idéalement situé dans un superbe cadre

L'emplacement de ce gite fut idéal pour nous car nous recherchions a la fois le calme et la proximité des différents sites de la région a visiter. Les soirées sur la terrasse avec une vue extraordinaire sur les montagnes espagnoles et le village d'Ainhoa sont désormais gravés dans nos mémoires. Nous avons reçu toutes les informations utiles soit via la documentation surplace soit via les demandes d'informations avec la charmante propriétaire. On y retournera certainement !!!
