Summary:
Modern remodeled condo at the Avenida in Casa Grande. 79 is a strictly NO PETS unit and we do enforce. If you want to bring your pets and enjoy the onsite dog park, please look at units 32 and 78, these are our only two pets allowed two bedrooms. Best location in Casa Grande and only 45 min from PHX sky harbor or 45 min to Tucson. Both bedrooms feature queen memory foam mattress (very comfy). Living room has reclining theatre seating and traditional couch. High speed broadband internet access with HDTV basic cable. Electric grill on patio and BBQ grills throughout the complex. Pool is heated year round. Fenced Dog Park onsite. No disappointments here.

Quiet property but unit needs upkeep

The property was on the second floor but there wasn't a view out of any window, the unit had a dark claustrophobic feel. The living room seated four with a good view of the small flatscreen and the carpet which was in need of cleaning. The bed was confortable but there were no ceiling fans, no dresser in the master, and the lighting was minimal. The bathroom was discouraging as the towel rack fell off the wall and someone prior to me had experimetnted with some type of purplish die. The kitchen was functional, possibly furnished by "Goodwill" but there was a good coffee maker and a jar that was labled coffee (unfortunately it was empty). The frig was cold but the light was out. There was plenty of well lit parking, I did feel safe in the neighborhood. The grocery store is right down the street. I think this place has potential but until it is given some real attention I would not stay here again.

Dirty, stunk like pot and annoying ! NEVER AGAIN!

The unit was dirty and in need of overall maintenance. I wish I could attach photos. There was so much hair and grime in one of the showers that we couldn't use it. The keypad on the door went dead preventing entry to our unit at 9:30PM with handfuls of baggage and tired kids. took 20 minutes of frantically emailing and calling to get any action. The Wifi was not working and no one cared to help figure out. the check in process is a PAIN! endless web forms requesting redundant information and verification emails. they say all over their rules "Absolutely no marijuana smoking anywhere on the property" -- yet, there were "permanent" residence smoking pot at all hours of the day and night. It was really frustrating having our kids constantly ask, "What's that smell?" . This place is a slum that's pushing VRBO as a way to cash flow on units they are unable to longterm rent--nothing more.

The only negative would be, this place was a little hard to find in the dark, it would be nice if they included a map of the building. Other then that I’d stay again. Thanks

Needs some TLC

The property manager was very accommodating when we had to change our reservations. The apartment is in need of some TLC. The bed was not very comfortable, the towels are old and worn, the bathroom rugs are stained, the living room area rug needs replacing and there was one roll of single ply toilet paper provided. These accommodations did not meet my expectations.

First time vrbo experience

Some difficulty checking in. Condo booked was changed without notice. Condo booked was on second level without disclosure. However the one we got was on ground level and nicer location.. Kitchen well stocked. Living area comfortable. Bedrooms need new carpet. Outdoor area/pool received daily maintenance. Would stay here again.

Nice place for a family

We had a nice stay. With young kids, it would have been nice to have a drain plug for the tub, but we managed. The condo development dumpsters had mattresses behind them the remainder of our stay, which was kind of gross. We also witnessed the local garbage man leave the dumpster area littered across the parking lot after emptying the dumpsters. We cleaned it up, and this isn't a reflection of the property owner. Just surprised someone would leave an area full of trash bags when it was their job to pick it up.

Spring Break in Casa Grande

Great accommodations for my family. My daughter loved the pool. Shawna was very helpful and answered all our questions. We are planning a return trip to Casa Grande in May and would like to book this 2 bedroom, 2 bath modern getaway with heated pool again!
