Summer Place ha sido una renovación de todo el año hasta los sementales, que se completó en mayo de 2019. Todo es nuevo. Tiene el encanto tradicional de Seaside Cottage en el exterior y el lujo completo en el interior. Para aquellos que eligen no esperar en filas en los restaurantes locales, Summer Place cuenta con una cocina de Chef con dispositivos Wolf y Sub Zero. Se trajo gas natural para ejecutar la gama de seis quemadores y la parrilla al aire libre. Televisores de primera línea y sistema de sonido personalizado en la sala de estar, el comedor y la cocina controlados por el teléfono y la aplicación de música de su elección. Hay 2 dormitorios principales con camas King, uno abajo y otro arriba. La habitación de los niños está en el piso de arriba y tiene 3 camas queen. Todos los colchones son Heavenly ™, de Westin Hotels. Hay 4 baños completos y una ducha al aire libre que conduce a uno de los baños completos. La lavadora y la secadora tienen clasificación comercial y están listas para las toallas de playa y la arena. El sistema de agua se filtra 4 veces con un sistema de filtración de agua para toda la casa. Ambos sistemas de aire acondicionado utilizan luz ultravioleta para eliminar las bacterias y el moho en el aire para una mejor calidad del aire. Un enorme mosquitero en el porche delantero para relajarse, tomar un café y ver pasar el mundo. Lo mejor de todo, aparcamiento privado para tres coches!

Made Me a Vacation Rental Believer

If you’re new to 30A, it can be confusing—this home is in actual Seaside, not just “nearby.” That means you’re steps from the town center and have full access to Seaside’s private beach and amenities—a huge perk! You don’t need a bike or golf cart to get around (and short-term rentals can’t have golf carts anyway unless special exceptions apply).The house is perfect for one family or two couples. It sleeps 10, but that includes a kids’ room with three beds. There are two true primary suites, each with its own private bath. We loved having the privacy of the downstairs suite while the kids were upstairs.The location is unbeatable, but the cleanliness and service from Sandpiper really impressed us. I’m usually a hotel-only traveler, but this home was spotless—cleaner than many hotels—and Casey and Jessica from Sandpiper were responsive, friendly, and professional, even after hours (which I didn’t expect of them at all!).The kitchen is stocked, the furniture is quality, and everything felt well cared for. My daughter loved the toys in the kids’ room, which was a bonus, but do bring your own beach gear (no towels or boards provided). The checkout process is not overwhelming either - super simple with very little to do! If you’re used to quieter neighborhoods like WaterColor, just know that Seaside has more car traffic, so bike riding requires supervision. Still, I’d absolutely rent here again. Sandpiper made the experience feel five-star from start to finish.

Summer Place was the perfect location in Seaside. It met all my expectations and it was so nice to be able to vacation without having to drive anywhere and find parking. My family enjoyed the bikes and private beach as well as all the shops.

Great house and location….poor accommodations

The location could not be better and the house is beautiful but the property is really not well prepared for guests. For how much you are paying a night they provide 2 dish detergent pods, 1 roll of paper towels, 1-2 trash bags, only 1 dish towel, etc. The refrigerator also leaked the entire time for us. We’ve have stayed in many Vrbo properties and this was by far the least accommodating for basic household needs. There is also no beach/pool towels which would have been nice. Unfortunately, we would probably not stay here again because there are too many other homes within a similar location and price point that likely supply you with basic needs of a home.

Wonderful beach vacay!

Summer Place was wonderfully located, spotless absolutely and beautifully decorated. Located within a short walk from both the Center and private beach, it really was the perfect family-friendly Spring Break getaway. The host was very responsive and considerate, and their guidebook was detailed, providing fantastic recommendations on local eateries, shopping and attractions. Overall, an amazing beach stay and we can’t wait to return!

Great family getaway

We loved this property!!! It was very comfortable. It was clean. It had everything we needed and more!!! The location is prime!!! We will definitely be back!! Thank you for allowing little pups to stay also. Our 6 lb yorkie loved it too!!

Loved everything about it.

The property is amazing and it location is centrally located in Seaside with short walks to the restaurants and shopping areas. I have no complaints about our unit. It was clean and ready for our family when we arrived. The interior is absolutely beautiful. The beds were very cozy. The neighborhood and unit is the definition of quaint. There were bikes to use. We didn’t have time to use them but everyone was out and about on their bikes. I felt that given the quality of the accommodations it was a good value.

Beautiful home!

This was our 2nd time to stay here, we love the home. Gorgeous interior and layout is perfect for big families. We had one issue in that we travelled with teens who are social butterflies and the neighborhood is very strict on curfew, but this wouldn’t be an issue for families with younger kids. Proximity to the town square is our favorite part of this home and neighborhood and overall we loved our stay!

Family vacation

This house was wonderful for our family. It is so close to all the stores and restaurants. The house is beautiful - so nice to have an extra bathroom downstairs. Very spacious for larger families! Would definitely rent this house again.

House is smaller that appeared on line.

House is smaller than appeared on line. Master bedroom down stairs was very small no place for luggage but great master bath. Front Yard was a mess with lots of tall weeds, really a mess and back was covered with so many Magnolia leaves impossible to use the BBQ. Furniture was very dirty and needed to be cleaned. which they did within 24 hours. Patio furniture was filthy and moldy. Cleaners came the next evening, cleaned the inside nicely but outside was so wet we could not use them the entire time we were there, completely soaked. I stood the cushions up on end and water poured out of them for two days. Other than that the kitchen was well stocked and great location. Better maintenance would have made this property great.

Absolutely PERFECT!?

The home is absolutely beautiful and the sandpiper vacation rentals were wonderful. They responded quickly to questions I had prior to the trip. The home was super clean- had everything we needed for the week. The location was perfect- we walked or biked to most everyplace we went. We hired a chef to come to the home one day after a beach day and highly recommended. We used seagrove catering. We can’t wait to return !!

Beautiful home, great location

The pictures don’t do it justice! Gorgeous interior, layout of home is great. Location is perfect, easy walk right into the square and easy walk to private beach. Also the bedrooms are sound proof so if you have people making noise after you go to bed you don’t hear it. We slept great even with a house full of teens. Property manager is very responsive, they even came by when we got confused how to work the TV! Kids loved it & begged to stay longer. We’ll be back for sure.

Beautiful property, perfect location, dream kitchen! Everything was clean and comfortable. The 4th bathroom came in so handy. House is very thoughtfully designed. Did I mention the dream kitchen? 5th trip to this area and would stay at Summer Place again and again!
