Esta casa está meticulosamente cuidada, y es ideal para una escapada en familia o dos o tres parejas con niños. Hay dos Reyes y 1 cama de matrimonio en 3 hab, uno de ellos un principal con baño privado y patios, además de un sofá cama en la sala de estar, literas para 2 y un futón en el piso de arriba salón plazas 2. Amplia cocina con zona de que se abre al proyectado en la piscina climatizada con más de 2.000 pies cuadrados de cubiertas de estar. Solar en cul-de-sac. Patio cercado con apertura de la puerta espalda con espalda recta carretera en Seaside comunidad y de la pasarela a las playas, tiendas y restaurantes. No se puede acercar mucho más a la playa sin pagar por la playa. Servicio gratuito de silla de playa entre marzo y octubre (4 sillas, 2 mesas y 2 sombrillas instaladas a diario, comparar con un valor de $ 500 / semana). Spacious and clean house. Beautiful screened in porch area with pool is great for evening meals and morning coffee. We found all of the necessities readily available. Downtown easily accessible by foot, bike, or cart. Very peaceful neighborhood.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. The pool was inviting and it was great having a porch so we could still enjoy the outdoors on the rainy days. The house was exceptionally clean and inviting, and the beds were comfortable. We all appreciated how accommodating the host was.

The property was very clean and well maintained. I especially appreciated the safeguards in place to keep a very active 3-year-old away from the pool unless accompanied by an adult. The beach was a very short walk away, and there were plenty of food options close by. We had an awesome time.

We had an absolutely wonderful vacation at this wonderful house! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The layout was perfect for our family — spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed.The heated pool was a huge highlight! We enjoyed swimming morning and night, and it was perfect for the kids. The golf cart made getting to the beach and exploring the area so easy and fun, and the bikes were such a great bonus for cruising around the neighborhood. The location couldn’t have been better — close to great restaurants, shops, and just minutes from the beach.The owner was wonderful — responsive, friendly, and clearly takes great pride in keeping the property in top shape. Every detail was just right, and we truly felt at home from the moment we walked in.We can’t say enough good things about our stay and can’t wait to return. If you’re looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway with all the extras — this is the place!

We loved the house - so spacious! And the salt water pool was amazing! It’s a fantastic , peaceful location but close to everything including the beach!! Scott was a gracious host.

Best kept secret!

Love this clean, comfortable house close to the beach in a quiet, friendly neighborhood! Fantastic host who truly does all he can to make your stay a wonderful experience! This was our 2nd trip here, & we plan to return.

Amazing Stay!

This listing is just as described and lives up to its high ratings! Communication with the owner before and during your stay is responsive and helpful. The house itself is beautiful and offers a number of areas for those in your group to hang out together or for some alone relaxation time, both inside and outside, and the pool is perfect for cooling off on super hot days. A bonus is the pool is not in full sun for much of the day so it’s not too hot around the pool in summer, but there are some hours in the afternoon to get sun. We also loved the option of having our small dog with us! Finally the location is wonderful! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood but is super close to the beach and a short walk to a couple of restaurants and 15 minutes to the heart of Seaside. I would 100% recommend this house to anyone visiting the 30A area!!

Fantastic Experience!

The house is gorgeous and so close to the beach and restaurants in Seaside. The owner, Scott, is a fantastic host who is responsive and flexible. I would hesitate to book with him again.

2024 Beach Vacay

Great neighborhood, access to the beach was fabulous, and we loved getting in the pool both before and after beach. It was very quiet but a quick golf cart ride to restaurants, shopping and frozen yogurt. We ate out and grilled at the house so we could watch the Olympics. Next time-2weeks❤️

Great Location, loved the back porch and pool.

Great location in a beautiful neighborhood. Used the golfcart and bikes almost daily. The house over all was nice but could use a kitchen refresh as far as cook ware and items needed for daily use. Family room furniture could also be updated. Manager responded timely to an issue when we arrived. Beds/bedrooms were great.

Favorite place to stay!

We stay in this area twice a year and this has been my favorite house yet! The house is spacious, clean, has awesome amenities…I can’t say enough good things about the house. The pool is great (we love that it’s heated) and the golf cart was really nice. The parking is just a little tight but we had 2 Yukon XL’s and were able to park both in the driveway. No complaints over anything. My entire family agreed this has been the best house yet and we can’t wait to stay here again!

Perfect neighborhood

Two Scoops was perfect for our group. The golf cart was great. The location was perfect. So close to the beach. Having a pool was a must. The pool heater came in handy one night due to the drop in outside temperature. I forgot it was pet friendly and didn't bring my beagle. I loved the dog photo board upon entry.

Perfect vacation home

Two Scoops couldn't have been a better vacation home! Our kids wanted to live there and no one wanted to go home. Everything we needed, whether for the kitchen, bed or bath was supplied. The golf cart and bikes were fun to have to get around and our reserved beach chairs were a bonus! The house was very clean, bright and cheery and everything was in working order. Having a pool at the end of a long day at the beach was nice too! It was close to the beach and area shopping. We would certainly reserve Two Scoops again.

Formerly a business owner, I left Nashville to pursue Vacation Property Management full time and live life in one of the most beautiful places on Earth. I take great pride in my properties and strive to create repeat guests that share my love for the area and my homes.

Great place perfectly situated in a cul de sac with lots of trees but just steps from everything you want. Lots of extras and has almost everything you will need as it was previously a full time residence. I frequently update the furniture, bedding and linens, as well as recently updating the kitchen, and painting the interior and exterior.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Most people feel the pictures don't do it justice, but if anything is not quite right when you stay I am just down the road.
