Large gîte for 12 people, Fougères, Mont St Michel, quiet in the Brittany countryside.
Our cottage, Le Petit Courtoux, located 8 km from Fougères at the gates of Brittany and close to Mont St Michel is housed in an old stone farmhouse.
Le Petit Courtoux is made up of two new gîtes in a very beautiful 17th century building, combining modern comfort with golden granite and old beams.
The gîte for 12 people is made up of two adjoining gîtes for (4 and 8 people) which communicate from the inside and allow you to live and take meals together. They have their front and rear gardens on a 1.5 ha property.
You will find a play area for the little ones, a space for the sheep and an enclosed pond where teens like to fish. At your disposal garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, bikes for children and adults, a swing-slide, a ping-pong table and other games for children.
In the immediate vicinity discover the paths and the greenway, an old SNCF route which allows you to go to Fougères by bicycle in complete safety.
