The huge living room, has a high vaulted ceiling, open plan kitchen and pantry and opens onto the outside courtyards, pool and beach. There is a shaded authentic sombre/bar area, off the swimming pool. The house is decorated in a combination of original 70’s/ 80’s and Mexican style furnishings, designed it to be a high-end mid-century modern meets surf house.
It’s a beautiful high energy spiritual place of intense beauty.

There are 3 private separate suites.
The master and guesthouse both have an en-suite bathroom /walk-in closet.
The casita is attached to the house, but is accessed through a small courtyard. It has is a separate bathroom that is adjacent, but not attached.
All three have new king size beds.

The large master has a sunken sitting room, with ocean views, en-suite walk-in closet and a large bathroom with shower, that opens onto an arid garden and the beach.

The private guesthouse, is located on the beach and has a separate sitting room with an additional built-in sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower and walk-in closet.

The casita, is located in a secluded garden setting, with a private entrance. The bathroom is separate.

The dining room is off the living room and opens onto a fire place and barbecue.
There is a rock, adjacent to the beach, for romantic evenings or roasting marshmallows.
