Una finca privada en la playa con piscina privada y todas las comodidades para mantener a los huéspedes cómodos y entretenidos. Con Los Arcos, está alquilando una finca con una casa de huéspedes diseñada para reuniones familiares y grupos más grandes. La playa de arena de Punta Pescadero en el Mar de Cortés es el mejor lugar para vacacionar en Baja. Mire hacia abajo en la playa, vea salir el sol por la mañana y mire en la otra dirección para ver cómo se pone al anochecer y nunca se moleste por un vendedor ambulante de playa o un vendedor turístico.
Los Arcos está construido en un enorme lote doble y tiene un dormitorio principal en suite (cama king size), así como otras dos suites separadas (ambas con dos camas queen) en la casa principal, cada habitación tiene un baño completo y ducha separados. Además, hay una suite de casitas adjunta al garaje con tres camas queen y baño completo, perfecta para los niños o invitados desbordados.
La separación de las distintas suites lo hace ideal para varias familias o retiros de negocios corporativos. Cuando la temperatura se calienta, cada habitación tiene aire acondicionado y un ventilador de circulación.
Hay una gran terraza cubierta alrededor de toda la casa donde siempre puedes encontrar un lugar tranquilo lejos del sol o el viento. Desde la terraza se puede descender a la zona de juegos de playa cerrada con su pozo de fuego y la palapa cubierta. Desde allí, simplemente camine sobre la arena hacia el cálido Mar de Cortés para hacer snorkel y observar los peces tropicales y los corales.
El complejo Punta Pescadero está a un corto paseo por el camino donde puedes jugar herraduras, alquilar ATV, equipo de buceo, baloncesto, un restaurante y un bar completo con vista al agua donde hacen una gran margarita.
Ropa de cama y toallas están incluidas durante su estancia. Si desea un servicio de limpieza diario, hable con José María, está disponible a $ 50 por día y puede pagarle directamente. Si eres un pescador, un ATV te da una gran ventaja en perseguir a los peces gallo. Durante la temporada de anidación de tortugas, ¡por favor no andes en la playa!
¿Bicicleta de montaña? Las bicicletas están disponibles en Punta Pescadero o Las Barriles, donde tienen visitas guiadas y lo transportarán a la cima de la pista en camioneta para un paseo salvaje por algunos de los mejores senderos para bicicletas en Baja.
Paddle Boarding? Tenemos 2 tablas de paddle en la casa para nuestros huéspedes.

Kiteboarding? Hay una gran escuela de windsurf y kiteboarding cerca para principiantes y expertos que disfrutan de la constante brisa del mar durante la temporada.

Amazing tranquility off the beaten path

Casa Los Arcos is a gem of a spot. The huge home and humble casita have plenty of room for three families (we had 11 total). The separation of space was great, and all the rooms were comfortable and well furnished. The backup generator was great when others on the beach lost electricity one evening. The wrap-around patio is a great feature. It offers plenty of room to be outside without being in the direct sun, perfect for reading and meals. The pool was excellent, and the beach provided quick access to great snorkeling.One cautionary point for those considering this spot is that the road to Punta Pescadero is rough. A Jeep or similar, heavier-duty SUV is more comfortable (though not required) than a simple crossover. This is a great place to hunker down for lazy days in the water. We needed to drive more than we planned, and would have preferred not to have to drive that road as much.

Access from San Jose Airport

The place was incredible! The road access was a little primitive. We made it fine but it would have been valuable to know that there was a more improved road available (That didn’t show up as an option on Google Maps). We would have gladly taken the longer more paved road to the property but saying that it was a tremendous location and property and we will definitely put it on our places to go back to.

House Near Punta Pescadero

House was nice, spacious &AC worked well. We had an issue w/the water upon arrival, but it was quickly taken care of. The house manager isn’t the easiest to get in touch with, as he doesn’t always reply in a timely manner, but the owner stepped in&got our water situation solved. The house isn’t cleaned daily (we were told that up front) but my husband suggested they should offer a price for daily cleaning service which would’ve been nice. The snorkel gear, kayaks&floats were a plus! The pool was super nice. Off of the pool, there is a sandy area and now I see why that’s a feature bc the beach is very, very rocky! Cool shells, though. It’s a terrific price& house for the area. We loved being secluded but also having the ability to go to dinner at Punta Pescadero &LaDona for an amazing breakfast! This is our 5th trip to Baja/East Cape area and our 4th house rental and we’ll definitely be back! Here’s a tip that doesn’t really have anything to do with the house - While the house does come w/1 day ATV rental, in order to get around, you’ll need one the whole time you’re there. The rental company the free one day is with, in our opinion, doesn’t offer as good quality ATVs as some of the others. Our group got 1- 4 seaters (beyond the free use)but it has zero cargo space so we also rented what’s considered a 6-seater that had a little truck bed and Bluetooth. It came very clean but on the 1st morning, the tire blew and that cost us addt’l $225

Beautiful Baja-cation!

What a great week in Baja! A perfect location to escape the tourist crowds and enjoy the sand, sun. and surf. The property is off the beaten path (travel time includes some dirt road) but it is worth it and directions are spot on. Stop in Los Barilles for groceries (a full store) and if you run out of anything there are small markets close or the property manager, Jose Maria, can bring stuff buy (he brought us ice and wine!!) Make sure and order dinner at least one night from his wife. The house is great - could have slept 16-18 but didn't feel overwhelming to the 6 of us - just space to spread out. A fabulous kitchen with everything you could possible need for cooking. My sons spearfished and brought back dinner multiple nights. Jose Maria and Armando are great and happy to help. Spencer (property host) is the most responsive I've ever met on VRBO. Great insights and answers all questions. Rent a UTV for the week - it's easier than a car for day trips. We will be back!!

Remote, beautiful setting away from everything

Punto Pescadero is a stunning coastline, and Casa de Los Arcos boasts some of the best sunrises and views you will ever see. However, you have to drive 45 minutes on very challenging roads from Los Barriles, and there is very little closer to the house. Out of milk? It will take you an hour round trip to get to a tiny market by dirt road. But once you get there, Agustin sometimes has his adjacent taqueria open, and will graciously whip up some seafood tacos! The house is spacious, mildly dated, and made to accommodate several parties in separate spaces. The “casita” (garage, really) is not up to the standards of the other bedrooms, but would be fine for some teenagers or older kids. We had two activities arranged by José María, the house manager. The vendors expected me to pay them directly and in cash (you should bring thousands of dollars in cash with you). I would have preferred to make the arrangements myself so that I knew the costs and payment arrangements up front. It was not very helpful for me to have someone else book these things. JM’s wife Griselda made an incredible dinner and tres leches cake for us. Overall, this is a good off-the-beaten-path DIY trip for adventurous, self-sufficient families who don’t mind some mishaps and inconveniences along the way. Hernando the groundskeeper is helpful with fixing things (check the SUPs and kayaks before using - both were broken).

Family time

We had a family of 12 and this place was perfect! We enjoyed our time, relaxed, rented UTV’s, fished, paddle board, kayaked, snorkeled and had the best time on the patio! Jose Maria was the best host and always accommodating. We will for sure be back

Perfect Family Vacation

Planned a family vacation upon my retirement. We needed 4 bedrooms to accommodate 4 separate household groups staying with us and this house was perfect! The descriptions are accurate and nothing is “oversold” on the website. We found that side-by-sides (SxS) were the way to go for local travel and runs into Los Barilles vs rental car. Jose and Armando are super friendly and attentive to any needs you might have (we will miss seeing them). Spencer is always friendly and super responsive if you have questions. For us, the best part of the home was its remote location, the private layout for multiple groups, the pool, the beach palapa, and the covered porch (ok, I listed almost everything). We do like our privacy and this house/location was absolutely perfect. Now that we have returned to the US, our kids have already responded that was the “trip of a lifetime” due to the location we chose. Snorkeling in front of the house was good and there is a great location just beyond the nearby resort. Only saw other people on the beach 2 days out of our 10 day stay. We have been to Cabo several times and much prefer the quieter Sea of Cortez side. Our choice to stay at “Los Arcos” could not have been better for our group of 7. Thanks Spencer, Jose, and Armando!

This is truly a beautiful place in a beautiful location. The house has plenty of space for everyone, the pool is nice and there is almost no one around so the beach is all yours! It is an adventure we will surely remember.

Family trip

Los Arcos is as advertised simply a gem in a magical area on the Sea of Cortez! Away from the crowds it's like booking your own boutique hotel. The pool and veranda were very nice features as well as world class snorkeling around the point. We enjoyed music and a bon fire one night on the private beach. Jose Maria and Armando the grounds keeper were very friendly and helpful during our stay. We recommend if making arrangements for prepared dinners which were wonderful and proportionally appropriate or fishing trips/ mariachi/any other request do so verbally and thru the whats app so nothing gets mixed up or lost in translation. El Cardinal the closest town is rural however we found that the Modelo market and Pacifico market across the street from each other had all of the essentials including ground coffee which was challenging to find. Friday thru Sunday there is a wonderful produce stand across the street from the school. Buyer beware if adding on days to the one day UTV included rental. We were quoted one price and charged another. Spencer is working with the grounds keeper to get the property up to his standards. Although the palm trees add ambiance they need trimmed and partially block watching sea life that the Sea of Cortez has to offer. Amazing place and host, we will be back!! PERFECT family retreat

Wow. Cannot say enough amazing things about this beautiful paradise. We've stayed in several rental houses along the Sea of Cortez and I just could not believe the views. They are perfectly framed by the architectural arches that elevate the authentic Mexican design of this massive property. I found myself outside as much as possible. When I needed to be inside to cook I would open the windows and curtains just so I could continue to enjoy the views. Beautiful swaying hammocks rock with the sea winds. The palms join the waves in an amazing melody of pure bliss. I paddled out on a SUP to find myself within yards of a whale. Carefully I paddled the opposite direction then enjoyed whale watching the remainder of our stay-and yes, very easy to spot whales from the wrap around outdoor spaces. This place is perfect for families who want to congregate in large common areas, but have the room to separate at night by having their own space and bathrooms. Even several of the outdoor areas can provide opportunities for several generations to do their own thing. I could go on forever. Take my word. This house is the destination. You will have the opportunity to order in food through the gracious host, or just walk down to the resort and enjoy the amazing cuisine they have to offer. Shrimp tacos were my favorite.

Los Arcos is a magical place.

A few years ago, we stayed at the Punta Pescadero Paradise Hotel, and walked along the row of homes north of the hotel. When I saw "Los Arcos," I wished we could bring our sons and their children there for a family retreat. When I found the home on VRBO, I was beyond pleased. We absolutely loved our time at Los Arcos. The three bedrooms facing the sea were especially gorgeous, and we loved the deck surrounding the house. The kitchen was well equipped for a rental. The kids had a great time on the beach and in the water. I do suggest bringing wetsuits if you come in January--the pool was too cold to use, and the sea water was also chilly. There were a few jellies, but not enough to keep people out of the water. From the deck we saw whales breaching, dolphins leaping, and manta rays jumping. In fact, several of the kids swam with the mantas. We also enjoyed four wheeling to a waterfall and rock paintings. Birdwatching was also very good. We love Los Arcos and can't wait to go back.

Family New Years reunion

Property is very well maintained. Had a bit of trouble with the plumbing in the casita but Armondo, Chino and Jose Maria were great and very attentive to our needs. Loved being able to call on them for food and a bit of grocery runs. We were so greatful to have them all there to help when needed. We had 10 in our group the house pool and beach were wonderful! A great time to decompress catch up on family and just enjoying time together. The Atvs were so much fun. We did travel into Los Barrilles for picklebAll. A must do! Over all everyone enjoyed the trip and had so much fun.

Nice family vacation!

This house fit my family vacation needs well. We had 6 adults, 2 teenagers, and 3 children. The beach was beautiful, just down a couple flights of steps, we had enough space, and the house staff were very friendly and accommodating. The beach was pristine! We had 2 meals cooked by Griselda that were delicious, and we highly recommend her tres leches cake! A few notes for future stays: (1) The location is about 1 hour and 45 minutes from the Cabo airport. The roads can be quite rough for older adults with back issues. Definitely recommend an SUV rental. (2) Being remote with your own beach also means that there are fewer eating options. As other said, we would recommend stocking up on groceries in Los Barriles. Also, we loved the restaurant El Dona, which is 15 minutes north of the house. (3) This may have been seasonal, but during our Christmas stay, note that some days are quite windy, which make water activities tougher to take advantage of. Overall, lovely setup and lots of great memories in a beautiful setting!

Old Folks Family Getaway

WOW! Spacious and visually stunning. Seven family members all over 65 visited the first week of December. Never needed heat or air conditioning, just some sedatives to relax from the drive from Los Barriles. Had one of the best meals of my life cooked by Jose’s wife. A place to hang some clothes in the master bedroom and some grab bars in the bathroom would be appreciated.

Amazing wedding weekend at Los Arcos Estate

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Los Arcos! My now husband and I had a small ceremony on the beach with 20 family members and friends. Los Arcos was the perfect location for us to tie the knot! Jose Maria (the property manager) and Spencer (the owner) were both excellent at responding to emails and questions I had leading up to it. We catered both lunch and dinner and Jose Maria’s wife did an amazing job. The tres leche and carrot cakes were so delicious! I would highly recommend this place for a wedding, could be larger than 20 (just run the guest count by Spencer) or any event as well as just a place to stay. Having the hotel close by is also great because you could host other guests there. We didn’t find it an issue driving to the house in our truck/camper or our guests 2 wheel drive car. Just need to drive slowly My husband and I will be returning to celebrate anniversaries in the future!

A hidden gem

It’s true what they say about roads less traveled! Had a wonderful stay at Spencers home and would not hesitate to return. It’s a bit of work to get to this Punta Pescadero gem but I believe that’s what makes it so special and untouched. Pretty much had the beach to ourselves, the most amazing shell hunting, even saw a turtle mama laying her eggs right in front of the house! Recommend water shoes as it was rocky in front of the house. Very comfortable beds and air conditioning in each room that worked fantastic and was much appreciated. The side-by-side that was included for a day was great and would likely look into renting one for the entire stay. Definitely stock up with groceries before you get there as the house is isolated but the town of Cardinol a few mins away had some small restaurants and market that was very helpful and closer than los Barriles. I believe the hurricane washed out the roads so we found the road from Cardinol much easier to navigate getting to and from the house. We are already missing our spectacular morning sunsets and hope to return soon.

The property was great. Jose Maria was very responsive and helped coordinate anything that we asked for like airport rides, in home massages and atv rentals. The property is pretty remote, but was exactly what we were after.

Summer family vacation 2022

The property was beautiful and everything u could want The view, the beds, all necessities beach towels, full stocked kitchen. It was great. Now it is 30 mins to town Los barellis down rough bumpy beautiful scenic road. Our rental van made it fine. Just real bumpy. We had been in Cabo the week before and came up to get away from the busy tourist trap. So we did bring groceries from Costco. We also had Jose the property manager’s wife cook for us two nights and it was delicious and great treat. The other nights we ate out in town for lunch and snacked. We rented atvs one day from Sergio. So fun. We went fishing one day from Jose’s brother. Didn’t catch anything but was great boat ride. We had massages on the porch. We played games at night. We snorkeled out front. Seam in the pool. One day went to Cabo pulmo to snorkel. Only three living coral reefs in North America. Go early to spend the day and take drinks and picnic. It’s breathtaking. Take the boat ride too out to the reef. It was wonderful. We had fresh coconut. Jose is the man. He is the property manager and can meet any request u ask. Spencer the owner was great communicating as well, but Jose came by every day and arranged everything. Great place. We had plenty of room and the ac’s work great. Great place to visit and get away We coming back one day. Great family summer vacation.

Best vacation ever!

We were a group of nine and never felt crowded in this gorgeous house. The view could not have been better. Besides the beautiful water, we saw whales and dolphin right in front of the house. We loved being right on the beach. The children spent hours in the pool while at least one adult basked in the sun on the patio. We found plenty of fish while snorkeling in a spot within walking distance. The fisherman in our group found lots of good fishing spots short drives from the house. We ate two meals prepared by the manager's wife which were delicious and also meals in a town just 15 minutes north. None of us wanted to leave and we started discussing a return trip for maybe next year. There is still the goal of catching a rooster fish.
