Room was in need of renovation, host was prompt responding. Very quiet, friendly people. Overall, very pleased, stayed one month - would definitely return!

Ixtapa 2022

Nautica is in a great location. Close to the main square and about a 10-15 min walk to the beach. The owner was always quick to respond to emails. We enjoyed our stay and will be returning to Nautica next year.

Very Good Value in a Friendly Environment

This is a very nice property with an excellent pool, all the facilities you would need, well equipped, and a very pleasant & helpful staff. It is about a 10 block walk to the beach, which would not be a problem if the temperature was a bit lower, by the time you get to the beach, you are a bit too worn out by the heat to do much strolling there, ... but nothing anyone can do about that. While the owner is not onsite, he is readily available by email & very ready to help out in any way he can. All in all, a very enjoyable stay & I would recommend it highly.
