We really enjoyed the view from the balcony and really liked the awning cover over the deck The area was quiet but close to everything.We did not have locks on the bedroom doors however.The doors are louverd to allow airflow, but sound does carry.We would rent this again if the price was right!

Nice, quiet location and clean, comfy unit.

Great unit for family. Needs a little more attention for those staying longer than 4-5 days (not enough food storage, better bug control and a higher grade dishwasher) but it's the best unit I've found so far in maui for the price, over the last 5 years...

Great location

Having beach chairs and towels was great. Kitchen was very clean Loved the location—monkey pod restaurant is an absolute must—pro tip, you don’t need a reservation. Just walk in, if wait time is long, drive back home and wait for text. I got there in 5 minutes from this condo.

It was just two of us in this 2 BR property - we didn't use the second BR. The place was quite comfortable, spacious, nicely furnished and very clean. The view from the balcony was lovely - good for distant sunset (while overlooking the parking lot). tip: I think you can book this directly via the prop mgt company.

Thoroughly enjoy Grand Champions. Unit conveniently close to main pool. Unit could use some updating. Only complaint would be limited supplies for a near three week stay (supplies same as a one week stay and a “clean” should have been provided at no cost).

You know that phrase...location, location, location?!....this is IT!

My hubby and I felt VERY lucky to have had such a wonderful condo to call "home" during our 10 night stay in Maui! Truly, we loved all of the extras...the welcoming gift basket upon our arrival (perfect after a long day of traveling!)!....the portable cooler, the beach towels, the beach chairs & umbrella...the convenient parking spot....the VIEW!....the beautiful décor...and yes, the perfect location! We loved being so close to so many great restaurants (Monkey Pod was our FIRST restaurant and they have THE BEST Mai Tai's!).....a quick drive to other restaurants in Kihei, etc. Truly an awesome property! You can definitely relax and enjoy all of the comfort, view and amenities with this property! THANK YOU for allowing us to call this condo our home during our Maui vacation! <3

Great Location! Needs some updates

We loved the area. Outdoor shopping and coffee shop nearby. Nice area to walk. Balcony has beautiful view of the sunset. Close to the pool. Plenty of towels in the unit. Clean but older. Appreciated the beach accessories. Good communication. Pictures are accurate. Unit needs some updates. Pull out sleeper mattress is very stained and gross. Bed pillows are old and in need of replacement - we actually bought 2 news ones while we were there. Patio furniture also older and cushions visibly stained. Window a/c units took some adjusting and getting use to but we were able to cool the unit effectively. Check out is 10am which seems excessive given the 4pm check in time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third time staying at at grand champions property. It is a great location with easy access to restaurants and beaches. This condo was impressively stocked with kitchen items beach chairs and umbrella. It was great that they had a pair of binoculars, and stereo. We traveled with friends and they stayed in the master bedroom and did not complain about the bed and this couple is very particular. The second bedroom bed had a large valley in it and I would suggest replacing the sagging mattress soon. Living room furniture was comfortable. The two pools were heated and very enjoyable. The hot tubs were very clean. We grilled a few nights. The weber grills were the only ones available and they were not in great condition. The bathtub in the second bedroom is a bit of a climb to get over especially after a day at the beach and a few glasses of wine. The clientele was mostly grandparents with grandchildren. My wife and I are in our early 50s and it had been a younger group during previous visits. The property does not have a fitness center. It is extremely quiet. This condo was well positioned with a good breeze and we only turned on the A/C two afternoons. The dishwasher had a a smell on the dishes after the first wash. I noticed the food particle trap was full and moldy so i scrubbed it and the smell went away. We had an incident were a maintenance person entered the condo after a loud knock without much warning. The surprise was on them :-) we will be back without hesitation.

Wailea Extraordinary

Perfect Place for Family in Maui

Everything about our stay here was perfect for my family. My mom and the kids loved location, amenities and access to pool. Everything for me was close by and convenient. When we come back to Maui we will try and stay here again.

Relaxing getaway

Everything you need for a relaxing getaway. It is located in a A+ community resort which is awesome. The unit is very clean and has everything you need to go and spend a day in the be beach. We recommend this place.

This property was amazing. It looks better in person because you can really see the light of the place and all the mirrors really open it up. Everything about the property was great and check in and check out were super easy. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The area is quite, we didn't realize we had neighbors next door until we all walked out together one day.The owners of our condo keep the place well supplied from towels, beach chairs/umbrella, mini coolers to kitchen supplies (more than the normal kitchen supplies). They had seasonings, oils, several sets of dishes, baking dishes, wine glasses, etc.
