In Grand Champions Villas, this 1-bed 2-bath condo/villa (#167 is on the Wailea Blue Golf Course with amazing ocean views and an updated master suite. You'll love the beautiful sunsets from the lanai (balcony)!

Great accommodations. The listing is extremely accurate! Perfect location to enjoy the views or head off exploring. Jackie was great to communicate with. Everything you’d need as far as restaurants, shopping, beaches, etc. is close by. The condo has beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels for your use.

We loved our stay at this condo! The host were very communicative. The location was perfect as a short walk to The Shops of Wailea and short drive to Kīhei. The condo was well stocked and very clean!

There was so much I liked about the property. It made for a great vacation for my daughter and I. The kitchen was ample as well as the room to spread out. It did not feel cramped at all. And they made for so many nice touches. We really really appreciate it our time there.

The property was incredible. The pictures are a perfect representation. The air conditioning worked amazing. You can't get a better location for this price. You are 5 minutes away from the best coral, turtles and snorkeling on Maui. The host was exceptional too. Their communication was timely, but also very helpful. We hope to stay here again!

Very nice villa in a great location. Air conditioning worked great and useful beach equipment provided. We needed to buy an umbrella which we left there. We had several days of heavy rain, but no flooding in this area. Despite the rain we really enjoyed this place and all it had to offer.

Very clean & everything was well maintained . Had plenty of dishes, cooking supplies .& linens. Beach chairs . Obvious the owners take pride in providing a quality unit. Artwork gave it the extra Island vibe. Added benefit , the unit is in a really great location within this development .

The condo has everything you need for a great stay. I was only there to sleep and it was quite comfortable. I travel a lot and the last place I stayed had nothing in the kitchen. This place, I just needed my food. Condo was very clean and host very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

That is our goal...to make our guests feel comfortable and more like they are at home, only with a wonderful view and pleasant weather:) If I can't cook my go-to meals that I cook at home in this kitchen, I quickly add the items needed to the kitchen buy list and try to keep it up to date. Glad you enjoyed your stay, even if it was for work. If you return for pleasure/relaxation at some point, we have a lovely three bedroom/two bath also located here right on the golf course. Aloha guests! We are Brandon and Jackie, have been married for nearly 30 years. We have 4 children, only one at home now, so we are looking to our next adventure in life after all 4 have left the nest in the next couple of years. We enjoy traveling and have had the opportunity to visit many different places around the world. Maui is one of our favorite spots. Several places in Europe also are high on our list, but Hawaii is a closer destination for us to travel to and never gets old.

We have been visiting Maui for the past 20+ years, with Brandon's parents and siblings. We finally decided to make a purchase and try out a new adventure of being vacation rental owners on Maui. We actually purchased two units (this 1 bedroom, and also a 3 bedroom, with the same ocean/fairway view) so that we can bring all of our kids at once when we vacation here all together. We chose properties at Grand Champions because of the amazing views, amenities, location, upkeep of the complex, and the beautiful surroundings, along with proximity to the beach.

We plan our days around dinner on the lanai at sunset! You won't find a more peaceful and relaxing location. You have access to two beautiful pools, BBQ grills, a short walk to restaurants and shopping. This location has EVERYTHING!
