Come to Park City and leave your car in our garage. You'll not need it again until you leave.
Park City Ski Resort is 100 meters away. Kimball Art Center on Main Street is a 1 km walk, about 10 minutes. For other destinations, such as Deer Valley or The Canyons, the free Park City bus stops near our door.
Our top floor condo is two flights up from the enclosed garage. There's loads of light and views of the mountains and ski runs. This is a comfortable, easy-access, unique place. The layout of the rooms is ideal for families with small children or 2 couples. The second bedroom is small and secluded.
Sorry, maximum winter rental period is 4 weeks.

About Suellen Riffkin
We've lived in Utah for more than 20 years. In the winter we ski in Park City and at Alta. In the summer we ride waves in New Jersey, on Long Beach Island.
Suellen Riffkin purchased this Condo in 2007
Why Suellen Riffkin chose Old Town
Ski Ski Ski. There's nothing like walking up to ski a few runs, coming home for lunch and then getting in a few more runs before the lifts close in the evening. And, since we're walking, we don't have to negotiate, 'Who's ready to drive home now?' We also bought this because summers in Salt Lake can be hot. We like to escape to the mountains to beat the heat! And, we really like being able to walk and bike ride to dinner, movies, parks, shopping and hiking.

Two guys on a ski trip
We enjoyed our stay very much. It is just a walk across the parking lot to the ski area.
The apartment is very cute with family pictures and lots of other decorations.
There is an abundant supply of cooking tools in the kitchen as well food in the fridge.
The view to the North gives a beautiful view of the mountains and you get a good
look at the weather conditions. Parking is easy, and it is a very good deal price wise.

First family snow vacation!
We stayed five December nights in 3C at The Empire House. It is a beautiful building and you can't beat the location. It is literally across the street from Park City Mountain Resort. The condo is a little dated but very comfortable. Beautiful views from every window. The turret room was a family favorite to enjoy the views and sip on coffee and hot chocolate! The heated floors and steam shower were a bonus, but there is no hot tub on the property. The underground parking was a perk. Be prepared to haul your luggage up to the third floor, as there is no elevator. Suellen, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with. Overall, it was a fantastic vacation and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Empire House. I would recommend this unit to anyone.
Great rental, fantastic service and a pleasure from start to finish.
Hello Suellen and Lisa. Thank you both so much for opening your home to my family. We had a wonderful week not only because the weather and ocean turned out to be great, but because the house was just about perfect as well. There was never a moment when we found ourselves in need of anything. Your concern with the A/C problem demonstrated your sincere commitment to your visitors. Once we reset the AC system, the rest of the week was as comfortable as our own home.
The DVD player wasn’t hooked up so we found a cable that allowed us to use it several times. The new flat screen was nice to have at our disposal. We left it in place so others wouldn’t have a problem figuring it out. Other than that, the place was cozy and comfy throughout the week.
We would definitely rent again. Thanks for your accommodating spirit and hospitality. The “Welcome Basket” was a nice touch and the kids gobbled it up quickly.
Don’t hesitate to call on me if I can help in any way.
Heads - up here friends. This review is for the beach house I own in New Jersey and not for the ski condo. oooops
Very nice place close to Payday lift and Main Street. Family vacation and place worked well for two adults and two children. Steam shower was very nice. Garage was a plus.
Fantastic place with a great location
Spent 8 days and 8 nights in this fantastic place. Really interesting layout and great view of the mountains. Had everything you needed and more. They had a lot of food available and you just had to replace what you used which was nice since we got in late the first night. To go snowboarding all you had to do was cross the street and thru the parking lot and you were on a lift. (at least 5 lifts to pick from) Owners kept in contact thru email which was nice. Will definitely return to Park City and this home. (rental condo but felt like a home)
Great Location Even without Snow
We spent three nights here in July. Even without air conditioning, the condo was comfortable after a few hours of airing it out. We had a late night flight out, and the condo wasn't rented out for the next day. We were able to get a late evening checkout for additional rent a fair price. It was nice to have a place to relax and then shower before taking the red-eye home.
One other nice thing about renting here, is you have the option to save on cleaning fees. To us it was well worth it to save the fees and clean the apartment ourselves. It took less than 90 minutes to have the bathrooms, kitchen, floors, etc clean. For a three day rental, the fee would have been a large chunk of the rental.
The security deposit was higher than average, but we received it back in full with no problem. I figured that would be the case (unless we of course caused damage) or someone would definitely have given a bad review.
If we ever come to the area again, I'd stay here again.
