This luxury 55 sqm apartment located 100 m. from the PROMENADE, just behind the NEGRESCO HOTEL, in the CARRÉ D'OR district, is rented directly by Brigitte, its owner.

2nd floor with lift and video-watching, near the MASSÉNA MUSEUM with its gardens and the "Rue Piétonne" where to enjoy a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, stroll by night, sit in cafes and eat at terraces with candles.

1.- THE APARTMENT:

This bright and cozy two-bedroom apartment has been completely renovated and consists of:
- A corridor entrance,
- A living area with two high quality sofa-beds and without any face-to-face neighbors, but the Church of SAINT PIERRE D'ARENES,
- 1 main bedroom with a luxury Spanish style designed queen size bed with a quality latex mattress,
- 1 bedroom-dressing with a comfortable double bed,
- Both bedrooms opening through two wide new double glazed french windows with electric shutters, on a lovely inner garden.
- An American kitchen with vitro-ceramic cooker, fridge with 3 wide freezer shelves and all necessary utensils for a good holiday cooking.
- Large shower room with thermostatic mixing valve, modern ex-centric washbasin on teca furniture, washing-drying machine, towel dryer and hair dryer.
- Separate toilet.

The apartment is equipped with air-conditioning, wide windows with double glazing, electric shutters centrally and individually controlled, large flat screen with suscription to satellite-TV, unlimited internet on optic fiber with Wi- Fi service and free telephone landline for calling to 110 countries, blue ray, radio with USB key to listen to your favorite music, iron and ironing board, beach chairs, beach mattresses and towels, umbrellas and picnic bag.

The owner provides perfectly clean bedlinens, duvets and pillows with their house protection, home bath and beach towels, etc.

You will also find a gift pack with sweets, chocolate and cookies, and a bottle of champagne from Provence vineyards. We provide soap for washing and personal use in the bathroom and other hygienic items.

At the apartment, we welcome children and we can provide a cot or a small bed for your baby.

We also welcome your favorite pet.

2.- THE TRAVELER'S ACCESS:

The apartment is just 10 min. walking from the station, 10 min. by car from the airport. It takes you less than 20 min. to arrive to our place with the new red tramway that you take at your Terminal and leave at the CENTRE UNIVERSITAIRE MÉDITERRANÉEN Station, walkinng only 8 min. from there to our apartment.

Downstairs the apartment, you have a grocer and just at the corner of the street, as well as in BD. GAMBETTA, you have several well provided supermarkets with very competitive prices. You can buy whatever you need near the apartment.

3.- EXCHANGE WITH THE GUESTS:

Brigitte, the owner, lives in Provence, 100 kms from NICE and will not disturb you during your holiday, but she will welcome you,

She will show you the apartment and explain you the working of its equipments.
Brigitte will also give you plenty of tourist information so as to make the most of your holiday.
During your stay, the owner will answer your call or whatssap messages and sms, to help, guide or inform you about the apartment or tourist and visiting matters.

On your leave, you will leave the keys on the table. There will be no inspection as we want you to take advantage of your holiday until the last minute and you keep the best memory of it. We rely completely on you and we are sure you will care for our place.

4.- TRANSPORT:
With regard to the transport system in Nizza and around that city, it is easy and cheap. There are buses driving you everywhere as for example, to ANTIBES and CANNES (nber 200), VILLEFRANCHE, BEAULIEU, MONACO and MENTON (nber 100), SAINT PAUL DE VENCE (nber 400). The normal fare ) is 1.50 € and you can go down for 1.45 min. for a visit and then continue your journey with the same ticket.

The train station is very near from the apartment, at about 10 min walking through the MUSICIANS QUARTIER and from there, you can go to lovely turistic destinations such as FREJUS, SAINT RAPHAËL, AIX EN PROVENCE, MARSEILLE or ITALY. The train fare is a bit more expensive than the one of the bus, but there are places where it's easier to go by train as to CANNES, for instance, while the bus can be more pleaant to travel with as to MONACO and MENTON, since it allows you to admire the LOWER CORNICHE coast, as well as to visit SAINT PAUL DE VENCE.

5.- A VELO BLEU CYCLING HOLIDAY:

WE INVITE YOU TO EMULATE THE IRON MAN ATHLETES AND MAKE YOUR OWN TRIATHLON: SWIMM, WALK AND RIDE A BIKE OWING TO BE SO NEAR FROM THE SEA AND THE PROMENADE, AS WELL OWING TO THE 4 "VELO BLEU" ("BLUE BIKES) SUBSCRIPTIONS WHICH AREOFFERED TO YOU WITH YOUR HOLIDAY APARTMENT.

The owner offers cycling lovers, families, seniors and youngsters, 4 "blue bikes" subscriptions to ride along the PROMENADE and the cycling paths of NICE: A unique cycling experience in the most sophisticated city of the CÔTE D'AZUR which can take you up to CAGNES SUR MER along the famous LITTORALE, a 14 kms special cycling way from NICE PORT, along the PROMENADE, up to the airport and further, to SAINT LAURENT DU VAR, by the Sea Road and finally up to CAGNES-SUR-MER, by the Beach Road.
