I was a solo female traveler and exploring the area around Nice for the first time. Everything about this apartment was perfect. Less than a 10-minute walk to the tram and train stations. Less than a 5-minute stroll to the ocean(which you can see from the balcony). Plenty of restaurants and cafes within minutes(including Copenhagen Coffee Lab for amazing coffee each morning). The apartment was clean and spacious (it could easily have held 4 people). I didn't cook, but the kitchen had all the amenities. The building was quiet. The neighbors were friendly. I felt very safe there. The hostess was lovely. My flight was delayed, so I arrived 2 hours later than planned, but Nona was waiting with a smile. She showed me around the apartment and let me know I could reach out to her if there were any issues(which there weren't). I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was an amazing rental property! The location put us right in the heart of all the restaurants, attractions and beach spots Nice has to offer. The apartment was clean and up to date in terms of furnishings and decor. The balcony offered a perfect vantage point for people-watching and soaking in the ambience of the Carre D’ Or! Rent it. You’ll love it!

Very spacious apartment in great location to easily enjoy all Nice has to offer. The apartment was very clean and immaculately presented, as well as being fully equipped. There is a great bakers shop within 30 metres and a supermarket within 100 metres, and every time we went out, and headed in a different direction, we discovered a restaurant we would like to try. We would have no hesitation in recommending it, nor in going back to stay again. Excellent

Excellent location near the sea, restaurants, tram & 10 min to train. Two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom a plus. All amenities for a comfortable stay. Only negative is lack of elevator to access apartment.
Enjoyed the balcony with a view of the sea.
