What makes this property unique

The atmosphere is very peaceful. The home sits on approximately 3 acres that is wooded and private. It is an ideal getaway for the one that desires to relax, release and be restored from the stressors of work and life. The beautiful landscape puts one in mind of a park where guests can sit out on the grass and have a romantic picnic for couples or a private outing/gathering for families.
There are deer that graze in the yard early in the morning and/or late in the evening. There are no neighbors to be concerned about as it's in the perfect place to enjoy a feel of the country within the city limits. There are local eateries and the local Publix grocery store is only 2.3 miles away. Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport is only 7-9 minutes away.
