Cozy Southern Retreat in the heart of Atlanta. Very clean, completely remodeled single family home to yourself! You will feel at home in this 2 bedrooms and one bathroom home fully stocked for whatever your needs are. Plenty of linens, blankets, cookware, glassware, etc. Sleeps 4, but the couch does fold out for anyone extra. Driveway fits two or three cars. 2 smart TV's. Whether a business trip or leisure, you are sure to have everything you need to be comfortable in this Southern styled home. Close to everything. You can UBER to everything but this is most suited for those travelers that have a vehicle. Although Marta (bus) does come through the neighborhood (steps away) to take you where you need to go.

We found this home to stay at for a week while my husband was getting radiation at Emory Proton Center. We ended up only staying two nights out of the four that we booked, but that was only because we went back home due to the radiation machine being down. Upon arrival at dark the first night, I was a little worrisome by the areas we drove through close to the house. However, once we got to the actual house, I felt safe. The house has cameras, an alarm system (although it kept saying sensors not working..whatever that means) and you can park your vehicle behind a gate. The house was clean and decorated beautifully, but the first thing that I noticed was that you could see through the window coverings. If I could see out, I had a feeling others could see in being it was dark outside and lit up inside. I went outside to check the view outside of the bathroom, and I’ve attached that photo. Every room in the house had these type of coverings, therefore there was ZERO privacy. We rigged up a towel over the bathroom window and contacted the property manager. The property manager called the next day extremely apologetic and shocked this had not been brought up by any previous occupants. I felt she was very sincere, and I appreciated that. She asked if a handyman could come measure the window to try to get a new covering, and of course we said yes. The window coverings were not fixed by the time we left. Not sure if anyone came or not (again we were gone quite a bit.)

Very cute home. Beds were comfotable. Kitchen nicely stocked with cooking utentils . Directions for check in & check out were very clear. We were visiting for the weekend just to see the aquarium, botanical garden and zoo. Very easy to get to all 3 as well as the airport (we had a rental car). Also noticed about 10 other places we could have visited easily had time permitted.

Beautiful space.

Stayed to visit relatives in the area of Atlanta. Well furnished. Beautiful decor. Lots of space for 4 people. Large backyard. Communication with owner easy and without hassle. I love to cook so the house was funished with everything that I needed. Would stay again.

Property manager was fast in responses and very kind! The property is extremely well maintained. Has a wonderful kitchen, full of supplies. Location is in a quiet friendly neighborhood. I would highly recommend to any family staying in GA.
