Our home is located in the most desirable southwestern area of Marco Island, within a short walk to public beach access (less than 1/2 mi). Take a short walk or bike ride to Marco Island's best shopping, dining, and entertainment in the South End Plaza! Fish and watch dolphins/manatees from the expansive dock. This is a newly remodeled home with high quality furnishings and everything you will need to enjoy your stay! The home has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, two living areas, open kitchen/living area, and loads of windows to enjoy the beautiful views. There are two pull out queen sofa beds that have memory foam mattresses. The floor plan is perfect, open, and inviting. The master suite offers a huge walk-in closet and over-sized bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. There are four large sliders to the lanai, located in the master suite, queen room, and each living area. There is a large lanai with plenty of seating, a new Cuisinart gas grill, and a heated pool. The home is complete with every amenity you might need. The home is stocked like a private residence, in every way, and not like a typical rental. There are tons of beach/pool towels, bath towels, and all of the comforts of home. You will love your stay for so many reasons. Come enjoy the Marco lifestyle!

Great Accommodations!

This beautiful house had great accommodations! Loved the lay out, style, amenities it had to offer, and close proximity to the beach, shops, and dining. Can’t wait to stay there again! The owner(Rachel) is very prompt about getting back to you and even sends reminders during week as well as instructions for check in/check out.
