This home offers open and expansive views, welcome feeling, private vacation time with friends and family and much more. Enjoy being on the canal, fishing from the dock and a relaxing in the hottub. Are you looking for a charming, upbeat, fun home in which to enjoy a family vacation or are you looking for a romantic 'get-away?' Welcome to Villa Coconut Cove, it is ideal for both situations.
Located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood on the wide canal. The heated pool and jacuzzi is enclosed and allows one to view and access it from 4 rooms in the house. This home is private and has sliding doors that open all the way to the screened lanai area. This is a wonderful outdoor space and can be used for family entertainment or to sit back and relax.
Master has king-size bed, slider to the lania, large bay window view of the canal, master bath with marble soaker tub and walk in shower, large walk in closet and double sinks. Comfortably decorated with new furniture, plasma TVs, freshly painted, new carpet and immaculately clean.
Enjoy beautiful sunsets, a dip in the pool, fishing off your own private boat deck and all the activities that Cape Coral and the surrounding Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Island have to offer. 5 min. away from the Sun Splash Water Park in Cape Coral.

The Turners home was very nice and comfortable for our stay. Everything was beautiful and I would highly recommend this to anyone wishing to visit Cape Coral. Unfortunately our stay was cut shore due to some health issues and we were very disappointed. Hopefully we can return again sometime.

We loved our stay! The home was very clean and organized. Items/light switches labeled. Stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances. Spacious, clean bedrooms. Tons of board games, puzzles, books. Pack and play available. Anything you thought you needed, they had. Quick responses from hosts. Very kind. We thoroughly enjoyed spending the majority of our days outside in the back. Swimming, hot tub, fishing on the dock. They also had sand toys, chairs, and bikes available to use. We visited fort myers beach and sanibel island for shell hunting. Boathouse restaurant at the yacht club. Lots of things in the area to do. We would stay again.

Live on the lanai!

We had a great stay at this property. The decor is fantastic, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need to cook in the kitchen. Be sure to bring your own laundry detergent if you'd like to do laundry, although almost every single thing you could need is in the house, there was no laundry detergent. I never wanted to leave the lanai. The breeze was amazing and the furniture on the lanai is incredibly comfortable. I could have napped there every single day. There are puzzles and dvds underneath the TV in the living room in case there is a need for rainy day activities. I started a library there as well and encourage others to donate books they read and leave for others. There were a few issues with the pool/spa leftover from the prior renters (they must have been a rowdy bunch) but they were resolved by Monday afternoon (Saturday check-in). If there is one slight negative it is that the mattress in the master bedroom is incredibly firm, but honestly I don't think it's possible to have a rental property with a mattress that every single person will enjoy. By the way, head to Woody's just up the road- their blackened grouper sandwich was the best thing I ate on vacation.

I would rather rate this property as 1 star so that there would be open availability whenever I wanted to enjoy the wonderful oasis, but I will be fair. This is our second time to the house, and it was a great time. Everything was perfect, and the pool was amazing. Can't wait to return!!

Property was clean and lovely. Very relaxing with the covered patio, TV outside, pool and hot tub with the canal behind. Only issue to speak of is the sliding door from the master bedroom needs to be fixed. Kitchen has everything you could need and two adult bikes and child's bike in garage to use were added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a fantastic time. The property was just as described. We’re cookers and not order-iners and we had most everything we needed to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals. Owners even provided assistance during the great Spirit airline implosion of 2021. Would highly recommend.

Relaxing Get away

Our family had a wonderful time, we didn’t even have to leave the house other than a couple trips out to site see and grab dinner. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you could need to turn your groceries into wonderful meals. There was even seasonings in the cabinet. We were greeted by the wonderful property manager who told us everything we could possibly need to know! Loved it!!

Wonderful property and host

Great house and location. The house is a beautiful getaway. The pool and spa are lovely. You are close enough to enjoy the beaches in the area but far enough away to enjoy the peace this house calls for. It is the best of both worlds. The hosts are Welcoming and helpful. We cannot wait to stay here again.

Mark and Jenn are from Northeastern Ohio. Mark is quite handy and spent years installing home theaters and now has changed fields and installs and fixes appliances. Jenn is a 2nd generation realtor and helps to manage the office she works at with her Mom. They have 2 sons who also has a love for Florida and the freedom to fish anytime they wants while at the house. Because of Jenn's parents love of Florida and their many trips as a family, the dream of owning a property in Florida has finally become a reality.

Why they chose this property

Sanibel Island has been a home away from home for my family since I was a little girl. For 2 weeks every year we rented condos that cousins, aunts, uncles, siblings, friends, significant others and so many more were welcome to come and enjoy with us. We had friends from up North start heading South for winters and eventually moved down altogether, so we found ourselves exploring more areas around Sanibel. A few years ago we started coming down different times of the year in addition to our 2 weeks at Sanibel and those extra trips brought us to Cape Coral. It's not a beach town... but it is a unique area full of wonderful restaurants, canals galore, sun set cruises, shopping and so much more. Unlike Sanibel, we found multiple restaurants to sit out and eat on the water... relax, talk with friends and just enjoy life. There is something different about renting a home to share with your family, swim in a pool that's just for you and find a true piece of paradise.

We love outside and this house brought the outside with a beautiful view to us. It also has SO many windows it brought the outside in. It's truly a dream.
